Delta Hotels by Marriott Kamloops

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great and enjoyable, the restraunt was amazing we had the lamb lollies, oysters, and the burger - ( best burgers we ever had, wifey has a gluten allergy and quite enjoyed her gf bun and crispy onion stack) the gin flight trays were a fun twist to the night aswell I would highly recommend them ( lemon gin liquor - sheringham distillery ), and the ( tempo strawberry - G&W ), our servers Heather and Kalina did amazing with service at the bar and I would def go again. The hotel, rooms, and common areas are kept very clean. The pool and hottub were a great experience as well, being on an outdoor deck. This hotel will be our family's new destination spot anytime we go to kamloops.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Clean comfortable hotel located in downtown Kamloops close to cafes, restaurants, and Riverside park. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast/brunch was excellent. Rooftop pool and patio was a nice space to sit out and enjoy sun.

Unfortunately the sound proofing is not very good and our room was directly opposite the lift. We were kept awake until 2am by loud, drunk guests leaving a wedding reception on the same floor as our room. The hotel was full so there was not a option to move.

Pleasant newly renovated hotel with secured parking. Good location near many restaurants

Glass shower door opens awkwardly and does not keep water in shower properly as there is a gap between shower door and the glass partition in bathroom. PARKING should have been included in room rate as it was almost C$ 300 a night. Other hotel we stayed on same street in Kamloops was half the price and we got free breakfast

Great location and very beautiful, modern hotel. Parking underneath the hotel (paid) with access straight to the lobby. They also allowed us 30 min later check out for free.

We felt room service was a bit of a letdown. Food quality was good but expensive, especially since it was delivered with plastic cutlery and cardboard boxes? We would have appreciated actual plates and cutlery for that price level. Other than that, great hotel.

Highly accommodative and welcoming staff. Stefan Yang helped us get a basement parking spot, really appreciate it! Spacious and neat rooms with comfortable beds. Topnotch cleanliness as described. Convenient water and ice dispensing room provided. We enjoyed the food at the cafe downstairs as well. We stayed for one night and had a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back when we visit Kamloops again!

There wasn't any toothpastes + toothbrushes provided. It was uncommon for hotels not to provide them from our experiences but it didn't affect our stay since we brought our own. We still had a great stay!

We stayed last minute over night in Kamloops and nothing can be better to have friendly staff from front desk on arrival. Our sleep were amazing in comfortable bed and instant hot shower after long trip on the road. We walked around during night down to the park the up to restaurant. I highly recommend to stay at Delta in Kamloops Downtown, specially for a quick night or two, everything in walking distance.

A welcoming hotel staff are professional dresses and are ready to help. The hotel is clean, and the breathing air is fresh. Clean bedding linen and Good lights, and a choice of desired room temperature.

I liked the room presentation, warm water,the condiments and the quietness.

Rooftop pool and bar service at pool excellent. Coffee counter is convenient. Rooms small but lovely. The seating around the pool was sociable and made the pool deck fun for adults while kids played. A good family experience.

The neighbourhood had a homeless problem. The parade was extremely secure, as a result. This was a good thing but I’m concerned about staff having to manage the problem while serving guests versus a dedicated security presence instead. I realize it’s a social problem requiring compassion and human care professionals and city services. I didn’t feel unsafe at the end of the day.

Not a lot but it was ok, nothing to really complain about.

Location, nothing much going on, was a means to an end. Also, some issues when we checked out around card charges that maybe could have been handled in a more friendly way. All resolved eventually but left a bit of a bad taste.

Extremely nice chain hotel in the very centre of Kamloops. It's recently been refurbished and I was very pleasantly surprised. The room itself was great with an extremely large and comfortable bed. Having stayed in many chain hotels this is one of the better ones.
