Accent Inns Kamloops

The location was great. The kitchenette facilities were very handy. It meant we could prepare healthy meals. The bus stops, shops and fast food restaurants were nearby. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean. It felt like an Airbnb, home from home.

It would have been good to clear the snow in the vicinity of the hotel. We didn’t drive, therefore felt awkward on the ice. There was no housekeeping due to Covid restrictions, a dustpan, brush and bath cleaner would have been helpful. The breakfast bag was inadequate. However, we were able to buy cereal and milk nearby to complete it.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable but the mini-fridge needs to be defrosted. Not really worth the $200 per night we paid, but I think that's becoming the standard for run-of-the-mill rooms in peak season. Great location, close to the TCH, but nice and quiet. I would return.

Fridge needed defrosting. More TP could be provided. I wish they would provide breakfast at this location, considering the rate we paid.

Beds and pillows were great. Loved the little quirky sayings everywhere, and the rubber duck in the room was a nice touch. Lots of parking, which was great as we were towing a trailer.

Bathroom smelled a bit like cat pee. Room had a lingering (residual) cigarette smoke smell. Paint on the concrete stairs was peeling off, which gave the impression the place was getting run down.

Our stay at Accent was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Ana and Dylan went far above in their level of customer service and professionalism! The room, fitness facility and pool were all very clean. I really enjoyed all of the little extras- a nice coffee machine, humorous notes around the property. great location. Very comfortable bed and quiet room

I cannot think of a thing I did not like.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Extremely thoughtful! Super pet friendly. The parking lot was super secure and staffed all night. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

The only thing we didn't like were how firm the beds were, but thats just a preference thing for us. We would and plan to stay again.

Fresh and clean. The rooms were great as a drop off for a day or two en route to Vancouver from Alberta. Close to good facilities. The staff were the highlight, from the communications about the stay to the service at the desk. They were kind and fun and joyous. They bantered about putting on a parade for us and they did when we got there!

Room was clean and I had everything I needed. Very much appreciated the fact that pets are welcome (my son has a big dog), and also appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was. Breakfast was fine; due to covid concerns, it was a paper bag breakfast, but was very adequate anyway. Thank-you so much, and yes, I would stay there again if I revisit Kamloops.

We just stayed to sleep. The only part that sucked was our 5 year old wanted to swim in the pool and we arrived late at night. He was hoping to swim in the morning before check out as it was 37 degrees that morning but the pool was still closed due to adding chemicals. Over all it was a decent room. We did not have breakfast there so I can’t comment on that. Front desk staff was very friendly

location was great, just across stores and grocery. the breakfast was perfect for people on the go. room had a microwave and toaster. room was quiet. i really like the rubber duckie. thanks! good souvenir.

everything was good. we only stayed one night on the way back to vancouver. too bad we didnt have time to visit the animal rescue center. but it was a good rest stop for us. and we were able to do our laundry.

Location was convenient from the highway for our one night stay during our road trip. We were travelling with a baby and they had the play pen in the room for us and even kept my frozen milk in their freezer as the room ones were too small. Everything was clean and the staff were nice. The breakfast was just a few items in a paper bag but still better then nothing.
