Nice to have a restaurant close by and the breakfast was great.

Construction on the main road by the hotel getting in and out was difficult at times. We travelled from Lethbridge to attend the horse races - at the races they were announcing if you stay at the Best Western Hotel mention you are attending an event at Evergreen Park and you will get a discount- they new nothing about this!

We had planned to dine at Pardino's so it was a pleasant surprise to find it on location! I really liked that the front desk called our room shortly after check in to confirm everything was good. Excellent explanation of the services by front desk upon check in. Breakfast was really good, glad to see REAL scrambled eggs and bacon!

Man attending the breakfast room wasn't super attentive, chairs and condiments on the tables were disheveled and when a customer left he wiped the table next to it, not the actual dirty one. But he was very friendly!

The hot breakfast was very good. The servers were very friendly. The down side was that it was on the 2nd floor and too far for my husband to walk and be able to choose his own breakfast. Since you can't sit and eat, it wasn't a hard ship as I was able to pick it up for him.

This is not just about the Best Western Hotel, our experience is, I reqested a handicap room close to the entrance, as my husband can't walk far. We are finding out that at hotels, the handicap rooms are not located near the entrance. I guess the idea of handicapped means you are in a wheelchair and can go as far as you want. But unfortunately handicap includes those who can walk, but not easily and distance is a hardship.

Brearkfast was excellent. We blew a breaker and got immediate service .

The hinges on the bathroom door squeaked loud enough to wake the dead. Told the desk when we left, hopefully the next guests will have less noise. The noise from the guests above us clomped about most of the night with very heavy feet. At one point dropped something so heavily that it felt like our bed shook. The pub next door does not help.

Breakfast was amazing, breakfast room set away from lobby is a greasy touch! Guest rooms are super clean, staff is incredibly friendly.

Not sure if there really was anything we didn’t like but maybe the location at the moment with the road construction.

The breakfast was great and the gentleman attendant was extremely pleasant. Made for a great start to the day. The connected restaurant was fantastic and a sports pub right there as well. The front desk service was very helpful and accommodating.

it was good, nice variety. Was able to bring a take out for hubby who was still sleeping. Bonus!

I didn't realize that rewards points expire. Wasn't able to travel during Covid-19 pandemic. Missed out on a free nights stay.

The pool was great,the kids loved it, breakfast was very good each day. Front desk was ready to help with minor requests asap.

Not a fan of the vending machine on 4th floor out-of service or the sauna out of service.

the bed was excellent and the room very clean. only one thing very bad was the low toilet! we had a difficult time getting up and down. it seemed lower than a normal one. please update them

the toilet was sooo short and bathroom a little cramped

Pub next door rowdy and noisyat closing time. Person in room above us very inconsiderate, wore shoes or boots into bathroom and clomped around after midnight and early morning.
