Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, from the highly efficient manager texting to let us know our room was ready and to inform us of the restaurant's options, to her staff going above and beyon their call of duty helping me reunite with my forgotten mobile phone, I couldn't praise them enough. Though we ended up eating somewhere else, we stopped by the cool hotel bar for a night cap, and were once again pleased by the politeness and friendliness of our servers.

Hotel is quite modern and well maintained. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the concierge Emmanuelle who gave us a kind welcome. Breakfast is very good.

I did not like the room I booked online when i was shown the room and decided to take another room of lesser value but the hotel could not reimburse the 65.000frs additional costs. This is sad and I will never use this hotel again for this reason. . This i saw as dupping.
