convenient, easy to find & not far from the airport- 10-15 minute taxi ride which cost 15lev. The room was lovely, very clean & comfortable & the staff extremely helpful. the restaurant was fantastic…..great food, large portions & good value. Breakfast was excellent apart from the fact it could have been hotter.

the only small thing was that it was too hot for us but that’s a personal thing & we turned our heating off in the room & luckily had a balcony door to open.

Everything. When we arrived, the staff in reception, Sofia and Anastasia were super nice and friendly. The room was clean, modern and quite spacious. The breakfast were good quality and delicious. The relaxation zone was great, nice heated swimming pool and sauna. This will definitely be our hotel when we come back in Sofia.

Beautiful decor, and feels luxurious. Excellant refurbished rooms, with nice touches everywhere. Clean and friendly staff who are on hand to help. Great breakfast. Good transport links means Sofia centre is easily accessible.

Confusion about only allowed to use their swimming pool after purchasing a swim cap from their desk for €5. This is not written and said anywhere beforehand, during purchase or even check in desk.

It's a small but very detail oriented hotel. Very nice looking inside. Everyone from the staff is super nice and helpful but Bojidar at the front desk is the best receptionist I have seen in my life. Also, Ivan from the servers was impressively polite. I recommend this hotel for sure!

Prices at the restaurant are a little high. Breakfast is ok but not impressive.

Hotel was one of the best i stayed in Bulgaria. It has good location if you have to do some stuff in city center, yet its quite quiet inside the hotel and in the garden. Rooms are great - clean with good facilities. As a frequent traveler one of the best features in the hotel no mater how funny it may sound was the "always powered" power plugs in the room ( so you can leave your phone/tablet/laptop to charge even you are not there ). This is very annoying in all the other hotels i have been you are limited to charge only when you are in the room... Bathroom was great. Breakfast was one of the best i have experienced even for my european travels...deffinately in my top 5 list...

Kind, English speaking staff, good food, clean room, cozy & warm SPA. We‘ve had a great time. Be aware it’s not directly in town, so you’ll either have to walk or take a taxi (~10€ one-way trip) in order to get to the city centre.

For those light-sleepers amongst us: You might want to ask for a room facing the garden, as the other side is facing the street and can get a little noisy at times.

Nice breakfast & evening meals, nice spa facilities with sauna , steam and swimming poo.l Nice small boutique Hotel recently refurbished high standards including shower, nice dining area main hall with outside garden, short trip by taxi into town centre , shopping mall close by friendly staff, kept clean.

It’s our second stay, we came back after our first stay last week. Everything was still pleasant. We tried the deep tissue massage and it was amazing. Our therapist Alex was wonderful and really really good. She’s very professional and friendly. We definitely will get another massage session with her when we come back.
