Good spacious rooms and a quite area. Enough parking places. All that was listed was available. Additional security with manual engagement to open the door for the customers.

There was no Kettle in the room for a cup of coffee or tea, and/or a small water bottle. This is pretty basic should be included in our opinion. Some tissues missing from the tissue box in the bathroom (can happen not a big deal). According to our observation the cost of Breakfast was comparatively high for similar facilities and even the drinks were expensive.

No Belgian French speaking TV Channels altough most of the rest of Europe and the World is available (Strange for Belgian hotel) ... it sounds looks like a cultural segregation in a bilangual country... as the French (from France) channels are available.... :-( 2. Very HVAC System on the roof (permanent rotation sound), all through the night, very loud sound when located on the 3rd floor. 3. Automatic time relay switch of the lights' bathroom set with a too long delay (more than 5')... very annoying during when going to the toilets the night

Good restaurant and location. The restaurant is well used by local residents, which shows its quality. Spacious bedrooms. There is plenty of free parking on site. Friendly staff and good service. Very comfortable large bed. We opted for a standard room rather than superior this time. Classic decor and fittings, but clean and well maintained. The only negative was a lack of power sockets. We stayed in the superior room in May. These are recently refurbished and have plenty of power sockets.

It's easy to park, the staff manning the reception was very friendly and efficient. The room is comfy.

We had a loud neighbour who woke us up multiple times when he was having loud phone calls before 7AM and when he returned from breakfast. Perhaps some additional soundproofing can be done.

I was in Sint-Niklaas for a personal event, and the Serwir was closest. As it was not too expensive, I was worried. But the hotel turned out to be fine. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

I didn't order breakfast but there were no restaurants nearby so I wound up paying for it the next day. It was expensive for what I ate. If I had to stay again I would add the breakfast to my room rate. The room's lighting was not the best for putting on makeup.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, fresh towels every couple of days, toiletries daily refreshed. Massive, comfortable bed. Lots of free parking, also suitable for larger vehicles. Restaurant also good

We chose this hotel for the convenient location near the motorway. Had a nice dinner at the restaurant - great steaks! Good room too and a nice shower. Nice big breakfast selection and friendly staff. Would stay again.

I was struggling a bit with the pillow (too "high"). Also, would have liked some water in the room + a kettle.

The hotel provided secure bike storage for the cycling group I was travelling with. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel was an easy 15 minutes walk from the city centre. We needed to leave early so were provided with excellent packed breakfasts which were much appreciated

Clean comfortable hotel with lots of good parking on site. Well located for a stop over between Calais and central Germany. Very good restaurant and excellent breakfast. 20 minute walk into town. The room we had was very large, about 50% bigger than most hotels. It also had a twin bedded room off it for use as a family suite.

It was clean, well located close to shopping area. The room looked fresh everyday. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly and surrounding was clean and quite.

My room had a noise from the fridges in the kitchen at night.
