Where do I even begin? The location is great. My wife and I don't mind walking, so for us the old city as well as the Schönbrunn Palace was in walking distance. We were able to leave the car at the hotel's parking lot which was also great. The breakfast was also fantastic both in terms of quality and quantity. Whenever we interacted with the staff they were always smiling and they were very helpful, thoughtful and flexible. Our room was well equipped, we had everything we needed and they were clean. So, the place is highly recommended.

I can't think of anything, I had a great time

Everything was perfect. The location is easily accessible, the breakfast is delicious and you have a lot of options. The room is great as well, with a big, comfy bed. Both of the ladies that work there are really kind, helpful, they answered all of our questions, helped us as well. They even put out some lemonade and cookies for the guests in the afternoon. They let us leave our luggage in the building after check out. The location is beautiful, they have a little terrace outside with sculptures and plants.

It would be great to have a mini fridge in the room.

Excellent value for money. Essential but clean, lot of light in the room. Bathroom looks recently renovated.

One morning I woke up without electricity. It was just my room, circuit breaker was down. Once restored, however, I discovered my charger was damaged. I borrowed one from the hotel (I am grateful they could provide it) but it was suitable just for one of my devices, so I spent several hours and quite some money (more than 1 night stay at the hotel) to buy a new one. Afterwards I started to pay attention as I was afraid to lose the charger again and I heard noise inside the walls. I kept the charger attached to the wall socket for the time strictly necessary to charge my devices and I notified the staff about the problem. They took note, so I really hope they will take a look and repair the wiring if there is any issue with it.

My three friends and I were visiting and we booked a room with 1 bed and 1 sofa-bed, upon arrival, the staff offered us a two bedroom for the same price instead! This was such an amazing and unexpected surprise, the made our stay even more enjoyable. The building and area felt safe and was quiet at night. Staff helped us figure out the best way to transport around to our desired destinations and held our bags after we checked out so we could keep exploring the city for a few extra hours. Oh! And the staff come in to give us new towels and make our beds when we were out and about exploring, such a nice surprise to come home to a clean bed with fresh towels. 10/10 would recommend this stay!!!

There was no laundry detergent in the room.

Excellent for a week stay with kids. location between 3-8 minutes to different stations. The apartment was very big and had two floors with two separate bedrooms, two toilets, comfort sofas, TV and a full equipped kitchen. It also had a washing machine (dryer for free to give at reception) and an espresso machine. The breakfast was very good. Cleaning service each day. A lot of parking places and friendly staff. I very much recommend.

Everything was amazing!! We came for 3 days to enjoy Vienna and we couldn't wait to come and rest in our beautiful room. Room featured TV, cozy beds. Everything was perfectly clean and warm (december). Breakfast was more than sufficient and the staff even provided guests with additional sweets and tea during the evening that was placed near the reception. Parking was free and we had no problem with it. I strongly recommend this pension!

I picked this hotel based on its reasonable price, good reviews, and proximity to public transport. It exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff excellent. Room and bed large and comfortable. IT WAS QUIET ENOUGH TO SLEEP WITH THE WINDOW OPEN! A tram stops almost outside the door, and a well-connected metro station is less than 10 minutes away. Just be aware that the reception is closed from 12-2 and after 6 pm.

I don't know how to start beacause I like everything about this place, I'm just sorry I didn't know about it sooner, beacuse I go in Viena at least once a year. The location is amaizing(you are in max 10 min walking on Maria Strase where you have everything you need, stores, restaurants, bar and from where you have a metro station - and with that you are at St. Sefan Cathedral within 4 station, so that is a defenetly a big pluse). I think you can't ask for much considering the price. Also a huge bonus was the free parking place inside, especialy if you know how espensive is parking in Viena. Regarding the suite we have- we choose an ap for 4 people (we where 3 adults and a newborn baby) it was amaizing, I don't have anything bad to tell about it. We had everything we need inside, a good kitchen with basic stuffs (we even had coffe and tea waiting for us free),also we had an separate bedroom, and the place was big enough, very very clean(that's a bonus point) and very warm . I highly recomand this place to everybody, and for sure from now on we will be staying only there. Thank you for everything.

The only thing that I can say I didn't like it was the breakfast, but only because I think is little exepensive (10 euro) for what you get. You didn't have a lot of option (but I can't say it wasn't enough tho).

This location is a hidden gem. Very close, on foot, to Mariahilfer Strasse, Austria's biggest shopping street (10 minutes top). In 5 minutes you reach a tram station which takes you directly to the MuseumsQuartier and a metro station in a few tram stops which, otherwise, can be reached by walking in 20 minutes or so. The breakfast is buffet style with cold and warm dishes, great variety of juice and fresh fruit including strawberries in April :) The parking is free which was amazing for Vienna, very convenient. The room is big, normally furnished and clean. Extremely hot inside and this was a positive aspect, because of the cold weather outside in April. The staff very understanding and willing to help you in any way. Definitely would choose it again when in Vienna.

Nothing worth mentioning that I can think of.

I have stayed here before, and have always been exceptionally pleased. Normally, I book a room, but, this time, I booked very late, and there was only one apartment available. We were a little concerned, because it faces onto the road. But there was no need for concern, as it is a very quiet street (and we stayed Weds to Friday nights). The location, as always, is perfect. Apart from being so close to the Westbanhalf, there is a U-Bahn (U3, I think) just at the end of the street, so it is really convenient. Tons of restaurants, eateries and a Billa (grocery shop) all within walking distance. Staff were pleasant as usual.
