Attention by some of the stuff. The hotel stay was during a birthday, the hotel stuff seemed not to be able to notice/congratulate, even though they specifically asked for the date of birth as part of the registration process. A message to the hotel requesting the internet password was answered one day after checkout.

Second time visiting and Nidum did not disappoint one bit! Fantastic hotel with striking views from every room. Rooms are spacious, clean, beautifully designed and have everything you need. Rich breakfast with plenty of options, juice bar, fresh orange juice and a wide selection of freshly baked bread. The spa area is of course the star of the show with an amazing pool with an outdoor section that is warm enough for you to enjoy even if it's snowing outside. Several saunas both dry and wet and an outdoor hot tub. The area never felt overcrowded and was always kept clean and organized. Consider coming by car (the first visit we came via train and taxi) since the hotel is located in Mosern which barely has any restaurants or cafes and it's a 10-minute drive to Seefeld. Busses to Seefeld are infrequent and taxis can get pricey. They have a great dinner option if you don't want to go out to Seefeld. If you decide to get there with a car they got free parking, which always had a few spots for us to park. We can't wait to get back there again!

Nothing! everything was absolutely perfect

The staff are the true USP of this hotel, every evening meal our order was remembered, and on every visit to the spa they were beyond accommodating and just wanted to look after you at every opportunity! It's the small things, like offering a free drink on arrival or when leaving this hotel they offered a bottle of water for the ride.

There's nothing to complain about, the only one very very small thing would be another pillow in the room.

A beautiful hotel with outdoor heated pool ,fantastic rooms with absolutely amazing views, great staff, totally worth to visit!

The matrace was a bit too soft for my taste but thats a personal thing. Outdoor pool temperature could be 1-2 degrees higher but don’t know if this is something temporary due to the extreme energy costs or the government restrictions in order to save energy.

Nice room, cosy ambiance, great food (half board is a must!), beautiful view, great SPA and swimming pool.

There is absolutely nothing to eat in this hotel between 16:30 and 18:30 - not in the restaurant, not at the bar, not in your room’s minibar. So if you have missed lunch working on your laptop - bad luck - you will be starving until dinner.

Bathroom has a window in the wall connecting it with the bedroom which is illogical and annoying. Bathroom and WC have only sliding door and the ventilation is missing.

Before we travelled I checked the current rates of the hotel again and it was much lower than what we paid for it. Hence we were a bit disappointed and felt we overpaid. However when we checked in (wich was possible already at 13h) we got a fantastic upgrade without asking for it. We def. no longer felt that we overpaid and had a wonderful stay at Nidum. It is a fantastic place to relax :) Many thanks!

Amazing views from the Awesome suite and amenities, even in the normal rooms and suites the room is just as amazing

Hard to say - we eat halal meat so options are limited, but the fish and veg dishes are very nice (this is more about Austria than the hotel though!).

Great hotel, unbelievable views, great food and drinks! Entertainment in the evenings. Everything you want in a place to spend the weekend. The staff are very friendly. The restraunt manager Christian I think his name was? Really good at his job, absolutely on the ball! Great spot would have stayed longer.
