Nice modern unit that was clean & well maintained, nice views of the cbd from the balcony, secure parking a bounus

Tariffs a little high

Staff where very helpful even after the double up for the booking due to the online booking process through Booking.com. location was excellent due to being near the shopping centre, and a short walk to restaurants and cafe's.

when booking through Booking.com the room was double booked on the second night, the staff there done an excellent job which allowed us to stay in the room without having to move into another room. There was only one of the two elevator's working so there was a bit of a wait sometimes, and the spa in the pool area was out of order.

Clean with a nice large king size bed

1. Doors to the bathroom could not be closed. (room 7A) The latches did not line up with the door frame. 2. Bar was missing off the towel rack 3. the wall towel hanger was loose (looked like it was about to fall) 4. There is a hole in the wall on the left side of the kitchenette that had no covering 5. The TV would not let us choose Foxtel channels. When following the instructions, the option was not available on the TV.

We loved the 2bd 2bth room especially having a washer and dryer and the location was perfect being centrally located to the city and a couple of minutes walk to canelands

On our second day a lady two floors above decided to wash her verandah drenching everything on our balcony and all her filth including chunks of hair came flooding into our verandah. The bathroom had pubic hair in the corners of the shower and floor YUCK

The river facing room was a pleasant unexpected surprise. Bed was really comfortable and the Location fabulous. Close to all pleasant pasttimes of walking tracks inner city shops and restaurants and shopping centres

I didn't really get to interact with the staff except checking in and out. In the restaurant there was one little hiccup where my friend joined me for breakfast and her order was mixed up. Quickly remedied though.

Stayed 2 nights for work and everything is within a short distance. Very comfortable room and bed. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy. Had dinner in room and down in restaurant and was really good quality and size for the price. Wifi took a bit to recognize in my room (level 5). had an issue with the shower rose and it was fixed that day.

lifts were slow, and the Wifi not great, but overall, nothing to problematic.

BED, LOCATION

when we arrived we were told they were booked out and did not get our booking via Booking.com. Even tho we received confirmation email. Apparently automated? we were told we would have to pay more for a suite not as no hotels rooms available. Not happy to pay nearly $100 more. In the end, we went to dinner came back and the reception seemed to fix the situation. No extra cost.

The room was clean and spacious.Comfortable bed. Safe and secure parking.

The area felt unsafe walking around at night,it was dark, no street lighting. Limited restaurant choices close by. We were initially give a room key to someone else’s room and we unknowingly entered.I felt anxious and was worried someone was going to enter our room when we were sleeping or out of the room.Replacement room was two single beds when we booked a queen. Couldn’t be bothered complaining after previous mishap.

Location, Ease of parking, walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shopping centres. Property was Modern, Clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and very helpful

The only thing that I didn’t like about the property was the noise of the garbage trucks first thing in the morning.

Great location so close to city and attractions. The friendly and helpful staff were so nice to deal with during the stay. The rooms are clean and well-appointed and serviced daily with kitchenette.

King bed was two singles mattresses and made for lump in middle. Other than that the rooms were excellent.
