Location was great. Easy access. Decent service. Motel felt clean, considered and cared for. They seemed to want to offer a good quality product. Pet friendly so definitely would come back for work or with pets on holiday.

Noise rules are lenient and not enforced. Quiet time 10pm to 8am but people playing music at 11pm or yelling at midnight or one lady had a dog howling for days and nothing done to enforce the rules. Walls are thin. You need to be more firm.

Been here twice in the past week, on my way to Heron Island and back. The location is amazing, close to the marina, close to the parkland and the city centre. The building is kinda old but it looks like it's undergoing some renovations, and the rooms are very clean and tidy. Appliances aren't new but working all fine. Textiles fresh and beds comfortable. Easy to check in and check out, handy parking, wifi works ok, didn't need to worry about anything. For the price, ticks all the boxes. Couple of small notes: (1) milk is provided in tiny containers so if you're a milk drinker get your own big bottle elsewhere in advance, (2) it seems some locals live in the motel and they have parties with their friends which can go quite late (maybe I was just so "lucky" both times), so earplugs may be useful. Apart from that, a nice quiet place, definitely recommend.

Very centrally located in town , convenient , staff had organised late check in even before I could ask for it, EXTREMELY CLEAN , easy acces to restaurants etc nextdoor , Very quite , Best value for money I've sen in a long time . Nothing flash and a bit outdated but that is overshadowed by the excellent value for money and cleanliness !!

pool needed a good clean, good idea to have pool towels available for guest too as we stayed for a week but Leonie was very kind and gave us extra towels for the kids. suggest making sure you have the non smokers and smokes on different sides as the smoke was coming into our room and we had a little one.

Very convenient to the centre of town, and the waterfront and parks.

Some of the visitors are rowdy all night, particularly from Thursday night to Sunday night.

Communication prior to trip was excellent. Ability to check in at own time was easy and appreciated. Clean, spacious and comfortable room with all basics covered. Location is top notch in terms of the CBD. Coffee close by!

Place is a little run down but is great value for the money. Can't fault it really.

A good night sleep, the easy booking and accessing the room key was great. 👍

The 1990's decor and the '80's bathroom, but it was all good, clean and what was to be expected, and I would happily stay there in the future 😊

Easy to find. Picking up the keys after hours was easy and pain free. Parking was available...only a short walk to the amazing waterfront or into the main part of Gladstone. Room was clean and tidy and tv worked well.

Would have preferred the pet friendly room to be downstairs for easier access. The driveway was narrow for our 4WD. It was Saturday and the night club bass beat was noticeable.

The location was great,right in the middle of town the price was really great value for money. The Manager Leonie was fantastic, made me feel very welcome and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. This is a great place to stay, ill definitely book this place anytime I'm in Gladstone.

Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good communication. Room was adequate for the price. Only $30 extra for a dog to stay overnight. Our dog was very happy with the accomodation too.

Although it was a non-smoking room, it still had a smoking room smell to it. Although very clean and tidy, the small little things like shower and toilet very old and tired. Still all functional and clean.
