Amazing continental breakfast, cooking facilities also to make your own food, beautifully presented room, I checked in before I was able and this was no issues for them. The nicest lady that runs the place and always so friendly she made check in so pleasant. I never had to ask for anything it was all ready to go including the wifi login waiting for me in the room. I even decided I like this motel more when I seen they have our brand of bathroom wear in their rooms and amazing smelling shampoos and soap to use.

I love the homely feel. I've stayed here before and it doesn't seem to be as noisy as regular motels. Maybe because it doesn't attract families as its so small. It's laid out well. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. And there is a breakfast provided. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's good to can walk into town. There is a woolies nearby and 2 Chinese restaurants and a pub all within walking distance.

Only a bug with the wifi my phone wouldn't connect. The parking is very tight so they don't insist you park outside your own unit if it's awkward. Some spaces are easier than others but it's not easy for a big car. The shower is a little aggressive and feels more like water acupuncture but that's just me.

The location was close to everything you could want. The room was absolutely perfect. It would have to be the quietest I have ever roomed in. The big window and sliding door was tinted so as you could not see in during daylight unless you had your nose pressed up against it and even at night with lights on it was difficult, matched with heavy drapes it was the perfect privacy you could get. The room contained a 2 hot plate induction stove, microwave which could also be used as a convection oven, every utensil you need to cook, fridge contained slices of bread wrapped in packaging, an apple plus banana, jams, milk, bottled water, there were packages of cereal. The ensuite was although compact complete with the ususl additions of shampoo etc. There was a round table and chairs for 2 seated, a table against the wall under the TV for writing or use of a iPad / Computer, Two bedside tables with lamps. Ironing board, Iron plus there was a little bench coming off the main bench which I found useful to ace a couple of items. Car Parking was undercover with a fairly big awning and what impressed me most was they gave you parking space for 2 vehicles which was separated with rails to separate your parking bay from other ones. I found this helpful as I parked in the middle which allowed me to have my doors opened fully and not having to worry about bumping next doors car, you will know what I mean (no struggling). Even across the drive there was a outdoor setting for 2 situated amongst some plants - nice touch.. Washing machines and dryer were free - bonus the you hardly get these days. The lady at reception was an absolute joy to talk to, so positive, happy and helpful, nothing was to hard. Decor was very pleasant, this place just came together to make my stay perfect. - Thank You

The property was very nice and clean as well as comfortable!

I was extremely unhappy that they asked for my license and took a photocopy. I’ve never been asked for that before and have stayed at many places over the years. All they really need is my car number plate! Most unimpressed and won’t stay there again!

Very good location. Nearby Woolworths, easy access and quiet. Also easy to drive to the Heron Island terminal. Facilities were appreciated. It was good to have a table and 2 chairs to sit at for breakfast. Also a washing machine and dryer ($4 each) in very good order.

Our first stay was very good, Greg was extra helpful, the room was clean with all the facilities we needed. The second stay was even better, the room was a little bigger. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Shower head was not removable. Hand held shower would have helped. But he pressure was excellent.

The room was spacious with a nice clean bathroom and kitchen. Netflix was a bonus.. Very quiet location no traffic noise. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast supplied was very good. Fresh milk. Cold water jug in fridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. highly recommend this accomodation.

The location is exceptional. Close to everything and a short 400 metres to the Railway Station. Loved how quiet it was so several brilliant nights sleep ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There is nothing that I could fault this property on. The staff a doing a fabulous job!!!

The only thing I could fault was the vehicle start ups at 5 am outside my door, although it was only for a minute or two. Otherwise could not fault the room or facilities offered and will definitely stay again. Comfy bed, homely feel, nice hot shower, continental breakfast. Good value.
