This is our preferred hotel in Albury for a midpoint stopover on the 8 hour drive between Melbourne and Canberra.It is a short walking distane to the main commercial district and restaurants. It’s capacious and comfortable and there is adequate secure onsite parking. The staff are very helpful. I left my debit card in the room when I checked out. They called me within a few minutes of my departure, before I left town. They also provided excellent suggestions on dining options. The bed was comfortable, there was a kitchenette with cooking and dining implements. The room was quiet, and the showers hot.

Very clean, well signed to help find your room, room was clean and utensils were clean bathroom was nice, decent size shower with good water pressure. Good sized wardrobe, the big bed was great very comfortable. The room was easy to keep warm with the temp control wall unit. I will definitely stay here again it is a very comfortable place and relaxing good little recharge.

Was surprised at the size of the room was a little smaller than expected, but wasn't cramped with 2 people staying in the room. TV had a few moments where it would loose signal and drop out screen would go black for 2 or 3 seconds then come back on. Lighting in the room was good I was expecting a dimmer option for the lights.

Apartment size, quiet, parking,great facilities such as w/machine, well stocked kitchen utensils, very clean, comfy beds and good showers. Very helpful reception , Seamless booking and good communication. One block from main street and a popular cafe just opposite for breakfast etc. Excellent hot-water and general shower facilities. TV in 3 rooms allows everyone to watch their preferences. Free fast wi-fi.

Lighting is a little on sombre side. No lights over sink/kitchen prep bench. Not enough bench space adjoining vanity/sink for usual wet-pack stuff, bedrooms lacking bench/table space to place devices etc. Only one bag support so everything else on the floor.

Spacious bedrooms, lounge area, clean, well-equipped kitchen, very quiet, excellent showers - great for 4 people in the two bedrooms; good window glazing to eliminate street sounds, black out curtains - yes we over-slept! Easy to use washing machine and dryer

Lighting is disappointing. Cool-white low wattage globes in ceiling tend to make all rooms gloomy. No lights above kitchen sink/prep area which is a terrible design omission. Hard to wash dishes in shadows. Hallway ceiling light needed a new globe. Bathrooms/en-suites need additional bench space to place toiletries etc. There is very little space between basin and edge of vanity and there are lots of nooks where a simple fixed shelf could be installed to take wet-packs etc. Whilst bedrooms were ample in size, again lack of a simple table/shelf to put bits and pieces like chargers, devices, small bags, books - everything had to be on the floor.

This is my fifth stay at Quest, and it is everything you need: clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Location is near downtown and walking trails on the river. Apartments have their own washer and dryer which is so convenient.

Be aware that reception staffing times are limited. Housekeeping is limited on holidays. These are minor inconveniences one can plan for.

Quiet location, yet very close to main street and shopping. After-hours check-in went very smoothly so didn't have to worry about arriving after reception had closed for the evening. Liked having the use of washing machine and dryer as we'd been travelling for a few days and it was good to be able to have clean clothes without having to visit a laundromat. Bed was comfortable, and lounge area very spacious. Great cafes across the road.

Balcony door was locked so couldn't enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

Excellent location and secure. The hotel is walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Having spent 4 nights, it was great to have access to a kitchenette to prepare meals. The room was very clean and staff tended to my room while I was out and about which was a nice surprise to come back to. The heating was substantial and it was great to have access to a small gym and indoor parking space. I will certainly be returning early next year.

At times it was a little noisy and you could hear people walking or running down the halls due to vibration.

Staff were lovely, Loved the old building and the location. Lovely short walk to cafes and restaurants, the botanical gardens are a must do, grab a coffee and go for a wonder, perfect way to start the day

Really the only thing that we didn't like was the bathroom, the shower door was a bit annoying and probably a bit small, we stayed at Quest Wangaratta the night before and their bathroom design was better. Probably the only other thing would be a new towel after 2 days

The parking. I had just had a medical procedure done that day. We got the last park in the main parking but needed to go out to get some dinner by the time we drove out someone already got that last park. When we got back still no parks available had to get out go to the reception to ask where to park then to find out there is a secret park way around the back. Was a little annoying

Location was great. Lovely cafe immediately across the road, Plenty of space in the apartment, well designed.

There was an unpleasant food smell coming from somewhere.....but the staff were great and had it attended to immediately with an extra wipe down in the suspicious area. The safe didn't lock, but again the staff were on to it and getting it replaced.
