Lennox Buenos Aires

Nice atmosphere, clean and BIG rooms. Breakfast was good, even though the staff in the lounge is composed of only 1 person who's clearly overloaded. The location is good and safe, been though the center is not the most welcoming at night on the other hand you're close to everything.

It can be a bit of a dark atmosphere in the room, I missed some good bright lightening. The sound of the vacuum cleaner is present all around (and they don't have carpets!) They should avoid using that vacuum cleaner so much, especially before 8 am when guests are sleeping! If they don't have carpets, use an old gold broom.

I stayed only one night but had a pleasant experience overall. The room is big, and I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, with the microwave and kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. You also get a coupon for a 15% discount for dinner at the restaurant downstairs, and I used it; the restaurant was quite alright! The staff is friendly and helpful. I did not go outside much but knowing Buenos Aires can also say that the location of the hotel is good both for tourists and those coming for work.

The room was a bit dark, it is fine during the day with the curtains open, but in the evening, the lack of a lamp/lights above the bed makes it a bit too gloomy. I also would appreciate more breakfast options for those who do not fancy sweets/pastry for breakfast but it seems typical for many 4 star hotels in the city that I tried.

It was an enjoyable stay with big and spacious rooms, we even had a small kitchen in the bedroom. The hotel is also right in the city center and most landmarks are a 10 min walk.

This is a good hotel but they fail in the details. Our bathtub had stain marks from panting and the shower water would only go from burning you alive to very hot, it looked like a sauna. The room had a single power plug and we had to buy a power strip to be able to charge all our devices simultaneously. The room's kitchen didn't have any sponge and soap, so there was no way of cleaning the items we used. Also, the breakfast is very limited in options. Finally, considering this is a 4-star hotel I was expecting all the staff to speak English but that wasn't the case and we had problems communicating with them a few times.

excellent location, if you are planning on getting to know the city, this hotel is your headquarter. walking distance to major attractions like Palacio Barolo, Pizzeria Guerrin, Cafe Tortoni, Obelisco, etc

2 blocks around the hotel might feel a little insecure at night, but this has nothing to do with the hotel, and despite the feeling we had no issues

The room was amazing and the staff was really cordial and helpful. They've helped with everything I needed. The room has a mini kitchen with a frigobar, microwave and a sink, which is very convenient. The bed is queen size and very comfortable, the TV has also Netflix which is amazing to watch some series. The building has a garden, gym, a meeting room, a restaurant with a bar and everything that is needed.

It's a little too dark but it's comfortable

We absolutely loved it! We were welcomed by a very nice young woman who finally spoke us in English, she replied to all our questions and was super patient with everything. The hotel is amazing and would go back there at any time. The room was even better than what we expected and we could even use the jacuzzi for free!! Prices are great even to eat at their restaurant, everything was fairly priced.

The breakfast was nice but there wasn't much

All staff were so friendly and kind. We arrived there in the morning and could not check in then. However, they told us how to use the WIFI service, which was the most helpful for us.

This hotel is so popular that we could not take early check-in and late check-out.

The location is excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive, the room was nice, tidy and cosy.

Before my journey I asked via email whether Lennox Hotel would provide Airport-hotel-shuttle. I had to ask twice and then I was recommended to write to a different email adress (which was a Lennox-hotel-adress as well). I did so, however I got no answer.

Good hotel, but nothing too fancy. Very good breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Centralized location.

Fitness centre was pretty basic. Cardio machines, a bench, and a few free weights.
