The location is walking distance to town, just next to the Kuntshaus, and close to nice breakfast places and cafes if you don't want to have breakfast at the hotel every day. There's a printer and computer at the lobby - useful if you need printing. And the staff found, kept, and responded immediately after I discovered my items missing when I checked out and forgot to empty out an entire drawer *facepalm*. I came by 4 days later and they were ready at the front desk for pick up. THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH for that!

It's next to a kindergarten so if your room faces the back - like ours- you will have no peace ALL DAY! So if you're planning to work in the room - like my partner - you should have headphones ready.

baby bed was confirmed to be there and was not, i had to convince the very friendly staff first. coffee out of their machine is really not good minibar was locked

Location was great. Easy tram ride (#3) from the train station + a 3 minute walk thru a cute neighborhood. Or an easy 10 minute walk to the river. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds comfy. Very lovely hotel. Hope to be back!

I am traveling alone with my two children and we got there after dark, tired. There was a glitch with the self check in machine and we got stuck outside. A nice lady who was a guest let us in and I was able to call the after hours number from the lobby and it worked out, but it was a little frustrating. I also wish the air conditioner was more effective. It was quite warm in Zurich when we were there and I couldn't get the AC to blow hard enough to cool the room down. I am grateful we had AC at all but the tight controls they put on the units felt unnecessary. But really these things were minor and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Especially now that I've gotten over my Swiss sticker shock.

The staff could have been a little more friendly - they generally chose not to proactively interact When coming into reception and we asked if we could use a table in the breakfast room to play a board game with the children as we waited for heavy rain to stop but they said it was too difficult to re- lay the table. Without other suggestions from them it felt a little unhelpful.

This hotel is located in a quiet and centric neighborhood. About 20 minutes walk, there is an area where one has an awesome view of the city. Furthermore, for those who enjoy hiking, there are several hiking trails nearby. The city center is about 20 minutes walking distance, depending on your walking pace. There are also several restaurants and stores at walking distance. The Swiss have a corny way to utilize space, and their parking spaces showed it; they were small but secured in front of the hotel. For a three stars hotel, they have plenty to offer and at a reasonable price for Zürich. Multilingual, professional, and friendly staff.

the mini bar items are also rather expensive. maybe look at a way to give better value for money with different brands ? also you need a “to-go-box” option for breakfast so if someone is paying for breakfast and doesn’t have time to eat at the table; they can take it to go. this is better especially for non-Swiss guests would appreciate this. please consider. to-go-coffee cup is there but they don’t have lids. to-go paper box would be minimal cost for the hotel and add more convenience.

Staff let us check in early which was lovely and offered umbrellas and restaurant recommendations etc. We had a big, spotlessly clean room with tea/coffee, shampoo/soaps & fridge which was handy. 10 min walk from city centre, quite easy to manage! Good food options near hotel. Traditional design of the room was something different and quite beautiful.

Maybe add a small milk in fridge to have with coffee- we don’t drink black coffee. Lift very small, can only fit one person in at a time, especially with luggage.

The location of the hotel is excellent; in a quiet part of town and a short 10 minute walk to the center of Zurich. To get there, take the T3 tram from the train station to Hottinger Platz. As a family of 5, we appreciated that the hotel offered triple rooms. The hotel had clean and modern rooms and amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered was delicious. Would definitely book at the hotel again.

It was extremely hot in Zurich during our stay, and although the hotel stated it had air conditioning, the small portable units installed in our rooms couldn't keep up. We did appreciate that we were given standing fans.

The hotel is very nice and well designed. Our room was spacious with 3 windows. There was everything: iron, kettle, mini bar, glasses, AC, hairdryer, TV. Breakfast was very tasty and there were plenty of choices: bread, hams, cheeses, jams, espresso coffee, and fresh fruit. The proximity of the KUNSTHAUS museum (5 min on foot) and the train station (10 min on foot) which takes you directly to the airport in 20 minutes. The neighbourhood is very nice, residential - silence at night.

The only thing that bothered us was the large freestanding air conditioner in the room and a bit weak water pressure in the shower. Distance from the main train station is about 15-20 minutes on foot.

The room was very large (given what we're used to traveling through Europe). We also were able to get early check-in at the last minute which was so nice. The breakfast is very good - eggs, bacon, sausage, cold cuts, yogurt, cereal, croissants, coffee, tea and juices. They have chocolates at the front desk for you to take! Location was pretty convenient to trains and places to get coffee and eat, but still a 10-15 minute walk.

The first evening we noticed a very strong sewer stench coming from the bathroom (only in the evening, as a previous guest also experienced). Starting on the second night we left the bathroom fan/light on overnight and this eliminated the odor. The gym is small (as shown in photos) but made effectively smaller because some equipment is broken/missing.
