Probably the best accommodation option out of ten or more hotels I have ever stayed for what I have paid in Geneva in the past decade. Absolutely happy about the room that is a good size, fully renovated, clean and bright, with a fridge and a microwave and a strong shower and a super comfy bed. Cannot ask for more really.

Only three minor things. I wish the room had a small safety box and a chain on the door. I could also use a pair of slippers. However, the room was quiet and always well-kept with no incident and I felt completely safe during my stay. The room was cleaned every day and was done impeccable. Kudos to the staff.

Location of the place is ideal, close to the railway station and the rest of the city too. Can walk everywhere. Check in was very easy. Staff on reception of Novotel, where you have to go, were friendly, helpful and accommodating too. The room itself was tidy, clean and very functional. Bed was very comfortable and shower and bathroom also very good. The room had a small kitchenette, kettle, cups, fridge, microwave. Tv had all channels, English, German and French. Easy to work. All in all lovely place.

Didn't like not having any complimentary tea, coffee, sugar or milk. They supply cups and kettle but not the basics you would get in most hotels and other accommodation. So that was a let down as would have liked to be able to make yourself a drink. Also if being a little harsh the lift is very small but it is functional.

I liked the independent card-controlled entrance and then the vibe of independent apartments. While the apartment is small, it has key facilities provided in a compact way: big bed, a desk for work, wardrobe, Kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and kettle and a couple of cutlery , and a bathroom with a shower. This is a Novotel’s apartment facility, therefore one not only checks in Novotel (around the corner) but their luggage room could be used. Check out is automatic. Location js very convenient for public transport, access to lake and area with excellent options for dining.

I did not mind that there are clubs and Sex work in the district but those who sleep light and react to noice should not open windows. I would preferred to know in advance that check in is Novotel and have its address. Kitchen does not have even packs of teas, coffee or sugar but yes you can buy ready-to-eat food at Migros at the train station or even closer.

The location is very central and the apartment itself is quite spacious and comfortable. I really liked that there were a lot of electricity sockets available since I was there for work. The staff at Novotel, where you check in, was very kind and helpful.

In the kitchenette, there are no cleaning supplies for the dishes if one does end up using them so that was inconvenient. During the night, you hear quite a bit of noisr from the street below since the studio is close to several bars and restaurants.

The room was wonderful with a small kitchen and clean bathroom. It was warm and cozy, the size was perfect for a solo traveller. It was not noisy as the reviews said, overall Geneva is not a noisy city. The reception/checkin at Novotel was very quick and they were super kind. I'd definitely go back to this hotel next time I visit GVA.

It is located very close to the main train station, so really easy to access. Check-in is done at Novotel: the personnel was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Room is convenient and equipped with small kitchen: perfect to make a tea/coffee or store products in the fridge. Overall, generally good experience. We also received a Geneva Ticket which allowed us to travel on public transport free of charge. Some good places to eat nearby.

The street where the hotel is located tends to be very noisy during evenings and nights, especially at weekends. Some may feel uncomfortable passing by. It was difficult to keep our window open during nights and not to experience the noise of nearby pubs.

Easy walk from train and to waterfront; numerous bus routes nearby. It was clean and quiet. I saw reviews mention a nearby hotel that appeared to have 'business' women outside. I, too, saw the ladies. I walked by them multiple times at all hours alone. There was no noise, music or anything that made me, a lone woman, uncomfortable. I'll stay there again.

The air conditioning was on but it merely made the room tolerable. It was in the middle of a gruesome heatwave. In normal summer temps it may have been perfect.

We landed in Geneva in the evening and needed a place to stay before renting our car in the morning. This was very easy to get to from the airport via a 10 min train and short walk. Our rental car (Sixt) was just down the street. Is this the most stylish fancy hotel in Geneva? Nope. Was it a perfectly practical, easy, clean choice for one evening? Yep! Would recommend if you are in a similar situation.

affordable and decent sized for 2 people. the place was generally clean and heating worked well so no complaints, location was good as well within only a 5 min walk from the train station

the check in was at novotel which is a street behind the studio and was a bit inconvenient when you have luggage to carry around.

Room was clean and large, mini kitchen was amazing and bathroom also was nice. Location was excellent with plenty of restaurants around and tour pickups were very close along with lake Geneva.

Room was very warm, something similar to Aircon was there but didn't do a lot. Outside was noisy to hard to keep the windows open.
