Very good value for money considering Geneva prices. Very good location to go to the UN as there is public transport nearby. Also a supermarket and a cafe (and a gym) so service side it’s great. Attention to details for business travellers (e.g. room to iron your own shirts if you like). Room overlooking the courtyard very quiet. A bit more noisy on the road side. Staff at the front desk very nice. Remember to ask for the free bus ticket before you arrive at the airport - or when you check in. Breakfast was basic but I appreciate the lactose free option.

Mattress a bit on the soft side. Doors opening a bit difficult - not a deal breaker in any way. Suggest hotel also answers on booking (seems a recurrent issue) - had to write to email address to get a reply.. if you are in a hurry for replies pls do write to email or call.

Good location, comfortable bed. Ask for your public transport card at check-in, otherwise they won't give you one.

Pillows are uncomfortable, no fridge/minibar in rooms. Breakfast is the same every day. Тhe cleaning starts very early and you can hear everything from the other rooms. Тhere is no air conditioning in the room, but central heating, which despite the cool evenings was not working and a few people complained that it was cold and the hotel did nothing about it. For this price per night there is a lot more to be desired.

Perfect stay for a couple of days while visiting Geneva. Reception and housekeeping staff very polite and helpful. Good access to the railway station (10-15 min. walking), airport (15 minutes by train) and city centre (30 minute walking). Room very comfortable. No air conditioning but found it easy to sleep with light sheets provided and comfortable beds.

For the money have no complaints/concerns but observing that the bathroom was a little 'tight' (definitely one person at a time) but very clean and well maintained.

Very clean and comfortable, large, modern room. Excellent location for my purpose! 10 minutes walking to the conference centre and 1 minute to the bus stop. Wifi was perfect (I had to do a few business video calls and had no problems)

Breakfast is a bit pricey for what you get. I understand it is a continental breakfast (i.e. do not expect scrambled eggs or smoked salmon) but I would have loved to have at least some cucumber or tomato slices to put on my ham/cheese sandwich. Otherwise, it had all the basics (coffee, tea, juice, joghurt, cereal, bread, jam, cheese, cold cuts and boiled eggs) and quality was ok.

The room was very spacious, clean and clearly new. It has most of the facilities and toiletries you require, and free tea and coffee facilities is provided. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was good value for money compared to other rooms in Geneva (albeit still expensive because it's Geneva!).

A few minor things: No air conditioning in the room, although this is clearly noted on Booking.com. It can therefore get a bit hot in the room during the summer, but there is a fan available. Very minor: the plug sockets were too small to use our two-pin UK-EU plug adapter, but very helpfully the staff has spare adapters and were able to assist. Again very minor: the main light switch in the room also turned off a few of the plug points in the room, so you couldn't use those plug points to charge your phone overnight or use the fan overnight.

The room was very clean and was kept clean for the week, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the location was within walking distance of the CICG and restaurants were close by as well. The coffee in the room was well stocked, so no complaints there.

The ironing room was down in the lobby, did not feel very comfortable using it and breakfast was mainly cold except for the coffee, the staff barely spoke to about the breakfast details and what was on offer.

Walking distance from most of the UN organizations. Very friendly staff. Because of the flight cancel, I needed to cancel the first night on the day. I expected that I would need to pay for one night, but when I called the reception, he was so kind and he told me that the hotel would not charge. I called the Booking.com customer center, and I really didn't have to pay. Thank you very much! It was very kind.

It was a bit noisy. I heard walking noise from upstairs.

A quality hotel in a great central location, easy walking distance to local business, public transport, parks. The hotel is easily reachable on foot from Gare Cornavin or by bus. I was travelling for work and happy the hotel had facilities for ironing shirts (it's the little things). Reception staff were friendly and professional, room was very clean, spacious, wifi connection was great (I did some work from the hotel) - good value for money in a great location for short stays.

The rooms were really clean and spacious. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel is also located very close to a bus stop and is also about a 10 minute walk to the train station.

There is however no air-condition in the room although a fan is available which does not really keep it cool as wanted in summer time

The rooms are neatly cleaned. I really appreciated the diligence and availability of the housekeeping staff al the times. The location is central and close to central business district, restaurants, main attractions, shopping malls and other recreational places.

Breakfast could be made more hot with more hot products. Refrigerators in the rooms and water may be given freely in the rooms.
