Spacious room for two persons , very clean . Bath room , excellence . Good spring bed . We stay 4 night at the big family room and 2 nights at standard room for 2 persons. Locations very convenience, easy transportation to city , airport , palexpo. Highly recommended to stay at NH City Hotel in Geneva.

no things. Please tell Booking.com , why they put Ruddy instead of my name lusiana Indomo in their Database. I am the genius member of Booking.com since 15 years ago , few year ago I made reservation for Ruddy but since then they recognize as Ruddy ...I hate that , I do not where to complain.

The facilities are great, modern but with a more traditional flair. Room was well decorated, clean and practical. Breakfast was fairly good, but a little too expensive for what was on offer. Staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel location is not great, but at least they offer free public transportation passes for the duration of your stay.

Rooms are a tad too small. There was no place for storing the suitcases, apart from the floor by either side of the bed (which makes walking around it very uncomfortable). Breakfast could include more fresh fruit options, especially at that price point.

I enjoyed my stay at this charming gem, Hotel NH Geneva City. It was beautiful, comfortable, classic with large rooms. The staff was pleasant, professional and attentive. I really liked the personal touch the hand written welcoming message to the hotel. They upgraded my room to this larger suite which was lovely. I want to say this & be fair, I picked it because it is close to public transport and it is walkable to city. Moreover, the City of Geneva's public transportation (free to anyone with reserved accommodations), TPG is off the charts, various modes (buses, trams, trolleys & boats) on time, clean, efficient, & reaching the entire city that technally any hotel could boast that, to be fair. 😁Needless to say, I was happy with my choice. I plan to return to explore more of Switzerland. 😁🌍🇨🇭❤️

Staff is very helpful. I must specially call out two of them Tigist at the restaurant and and Camille at the Reception. Rooms are clean, nice and service is efficient.

The extra bed is very uncomfortable and would not recommend it. The hotel could consider the use of mattress toppers to make the bed more comfortable. Breakfast .. would be great to have some variety .. if you are staying long, maybe best to eat outside and not pre book breakfast for all days.

Most of the staff were helpful and very friendly. Beautiful and clean hotel. Decent breakfast. Good location to walk everywhere yet quiet location.

Little help regarding giniving information regarding where your rooms located. I had to go 3 times up and down to find my room and then after asking the receptionist. He is just careless, responding, " take other lift," where he could have told us at the beginning to spare the hot ride up and down the life with 5 pieces of luggage.

Great room, very clean and with a very comfy bed. Service was excellent. We needed to change our room as my mother has mobility issues and was struggling to get into the bath tub and when we asked for the change the hotel staff were very nice and moved us to a different room with shower straight away.

Maybe the stairs at the entrance. For people with mobility issues there should be something for them to be able to go up.

This is a reasonable hotel for a citybreak in Geneva. It has a central location, and is a short walk away from the tram that takes you straight to the main station/ city centre/ main tourist spots. The interior was nice, the room and bathroom had all amenities. An iron and ironing board were available on request. All in all, a good base for our short visit to Geneva.

The lifts are tiny and it was difficult to fit all our luggage and ourselves in one go. The TV had a limited( mostly just french) range of channels and had poor picture quality.

The hotel offers many amenities and the room is very cozy. There's quite a few electricity sockets available in the room which is great for business travellers. The bathroom is very spacious and it has really good shampoo/conditioner/hand lotion/etc. available.

It is not very central so public transport is a must but you only receive the free transportation ecard when you check in. It would be convenient to get it in advance so one can get to the hotel easily.

All of the staff were exceptional! I haven't received that level of service in a long time. The location was a short ride from the centre and the transportation pass was an added bonus. Breakfast was also fantastic with a great variety, and delicious muesli! 😋

Honestly, nothing i didn't like except maybe the price however even that, compared to some other hotels, was reasonable.
