1. concierge i did not like especially “Alex” he is rude; however, Enrique was much helpful and polite and respectful 2. House keeping needs to be improved 3. reception sometimes do not answer quickly 4. the hotel do not have a direct line for house keeping 5. one night i went down to the reception to ask for the complementary water .. this is a five stars hotel

No welcoming atmosphere at the arrival and during check in. Refreshing drink to guests would be a nice touch especially after walking to the hotel with suitcases because the hotel was not reachable by a taxi due to demonstrations.

The Jw Marriott : Excellent service from the get go. They upgraded us with pleasure and every person from concierge to barman were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there
