Mesami Hotel

They manage to change my date in the 11th hour and I couldn't be more grateful for that. Staff - friendly Rooms - clean • They even have hairdryer, iron and a bar fridge not forgetting to mention tv. However didn't have time to watch anything on it as we arrived in the wee hour of the day lol • My sister asked for coffee and it was given to us, in a nick of time Location - perfect, after a looong day all I needed was a quite and a peaceful sleep

It was kinda pricey for one night, other than that nothing I didn't like

Room was clean no noise but I was so disappointed about the TV channels ovhd only 4 channels and there was no microwave. And safety to locked for our belonging there was no batteries

TV channels

It was a good experience, great value for money. The parking was close to the lift thus in and out was quick and efficient. The lifts worked fine the hotel is very clean and the surroundings was soft on the eye. The room was adequate with very good painting which lighten up the room. The Staff went the xtra mile and had been very helpful. The air-conditioning was excellent. The cafeteria is spaceful and nicely set up.

In general we have no concerns and no complaints.

I liked everything about that place, nothing to complain about and the staff was too friendly

The fact that they have limited channels on their TV ( i dont know what's playing on their tvs, so I didn't even watch the gameson that weekend) is the only thing that made me feel unhappy otherwise besides that everything was great.

the rooms are clean and neat, I could easily connect to where I wanted to go. I appreciated the iron and ironing board in the room.

The towels did not smell fresh, there was a coffee station without the actual things to make coffee or tea. the ironing board is broken had to use the table

Hotel is in a convenient place. It was nice and clean, no noise and i like that there was a mini fridge, iron, hair dryer and small dining table for two. Great.

Only one thing, that there was a kettle and cups but no coffee, tea and sugar sachets, rendering it useless. Would have been great to be told to bring our own stuff to make coffee or tea.

Clean with a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No sport channels. TV and air conditioning remotes required new batteries. Would personally prefer more secure lock on the door.

Loved the efficiency of the gatekeeping and staff were pretty friendly and helpful the place is located in a good area and is comfortable for a family or couple not very luxurious but if you not in it for the luxury style then it's amazing

The rooms are clean. I came very late but I didn't wait outside as soon as they saw the car they opened the gate. Hair dryer and iron in the room I like that as well.

I would like them to keep an extra blanket some of us get cold. Yes Durban is hot but not for everyone.

The staff were so kind .our rooms were very clean n their facilities were exceptional. Enjoyed their hospitality n treatment i eould definitely recommend anyone to try da hotel
