Grange Gardens Hotel

Breakfast was a disaster as we had to wait for an hour after physically going down to order breakfast and the kutcheb staff said breakfast is gonna b ready in 10 minutes. To our suprise after taking a shower meaning 30 min after we went down to eat but there was no breakfast n we had 2 wait for 15 min and they said they have run out of eggs so they r going 2 de shop to buy eggs n de lady left after 15 min to go n buy eggs n came back after another 15 min its now 45 min n dey started preparing our meals 4 another 15 to 20 minutes n no sauces,salt n pepper on de table n wen we asked 4 salt n pepper dey gav us de salt container dat dey use wen dey cook in de kitchen n as 4 pepper dey gav us chicken lickens hot sauce. The kitchen staff was a disaster n after dat we decided we wont go 2 de kitchen again. Kitchen is a total disaster....

The service on the room was superb,we never took breakfast or any drinks. Wow the staff is amazing from security to reception. They welcome us we'll and they all friendly serve with smile. Real like staff behaviour.

Tv standard is off a poor standard when it comes to channels,DStv channels need to be upgraded to it as I believe we need to have a choice to which channels as well as sports we wanna watch. For tea sets inrooms I recommend at least sugar to be added.Enjoyed my stay and will consider coming back here one of the days too

I liked that the location is somewhere very quiet. The staff welcomed me warmly it felt like home. I wasn't able to make the payment before check in but we communicated and they waited for me until I arrived and made a payment at the reception, I was so excited that they trusted me and they kept their promise not to cancel until I arrived on agreed time.

The only thing I didn't like is that you can hear people talking in other rooms even even when they talking in the passage in the hotels I have visited before I don't normally get that. Also that we did not have a restaurant in the hotel. Everything else was just fine.

I like they view and the stuff was very friendly, hot water in bathrooms, our room was very clean and spotless

Facilities in our room 305 television was not working , couch in the room was not in good condition that the only thing that I was not like to them On the arrival time we arrive in a wet room the cleaner was cleaning our room later coz we was waiting out side till the room dry

I liked their service and the place is nice 👌 quite relaxing 😌 and the security was also good it has a nice view for taking pictures eveb though it was still under construction

I was so ready to utilize their bar and restaurant 😩 however they didn't update their online page that they are still under renovation bit other than that we enjoyed

The staff was friendly,rooms were clean.they we readily to assist us from the security guard to the cleaners.our safety was assured

Were excited about having our breakfast from the hotel but unfortunately we couldn't since they are busy with renovation their restaurant was closed,we had to order in,in other for us to eat

I arrived a bit late at the property but everthing was good. They had loadshedding but they had a backup generator. Even though at that time the generator did mot power our rooms but we were okay because the receptionist did explain everything to us

Nothing. The property is still under construction so I dont have anything to complain about.

The staff was very friendly, the room was nice, big and clean. I really enjoyed my staff will come back again. The receptionist that I found on Saturday 1pm what a pleasant to be assisted by her, she treated me with respect, she made me laugh she deserves an award great service from her

There was no carpets on the side of the bed while the room has tiles on the floor,the shower door was broken,no drinking water in the room
