the room was neat, spacious which is good, breakfast was nice, the bar tender was very nice and welcoming also the receptionist upon our arrival, also room service was good.

we booked for a king size room prior to our arrival but when we checked in we were told that our booked room is no longer available to us which was very disappointing. the bathroom door was not working properly

Clean Quiet Staff was so friendly and helpful Zanele stood out for her service. Keep up the good work Ntombooo😘

No communication received from staff or manager after electricity went off, they did not offer even candles for us to get light

The breakfast was lovely and warm. The gourmet burger was extraordinary. the bed was big and comfortable. Pool area was clean, water so blue making our pictures look good

The room was far from the bar. the bar closes too early for an on-site bar. the side lamps were not functional. the garden chairs outside are not comfortable and an umbrella would've been nice than to sit in the scorching sun. The mirror needs to have a light above it.

Privacy nd the hygiene was perfect

We couldn't go by the pool because there was an event and we weren't notified because if we were told atleastwe would hv gone by the pool before the event day because we couldn't even go at a crack of a dawn because by the time we woke up already the staff was busy with the preparation...we didn't get a chance to swim but either than that everything was perfect ...Not swimming nd coming back home without pool pictures felt like the whole trip was a waste of time

I liked the reception, the facilities as a whole. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable.

The breakfast was horrible. Burnt eggs and toast. Also the server was under alot of pressure serving all the tables alone, with 1 chef who was burning the food so much the restaurant was covered in smoke. I ordered my cup of coffee with my meal, even after it took almost 45mins to get our meals, we still ate and finished with no coffee in sight. No explanation, no apologies. I ended up leaving without having had anything to drink to wash the food down

We had a very warm welcome and the employees were friendly. We were invited to a welcome dinner which made a very good impression.

When we arrived the room was not clean enough as we saw a cockroach upon arrival. There was a bit of dust on the tiles due to the work that was taking place outside.

The room was big and clean and the staff was helpful always and friendly. We did love the property and the location was lovely and peaceful.

They just need to improve on their breakfast, so you have variety to choose from on breakfast menu

The place is nice and attractive

Staff members took time to respond to queries. The rooms provided there were no bath it was only showers and I stated on my booking that I'm traveling with a 4 year old child, which she can't use shower to bath. Booking. Com must look at specifications before recommending the place.

The staff were very professional and welcoming. From check-in to check out. The staff at breakfast also catered for all my needs. It was a good stay overall.

I missed that it is halal. The bathroom needs upgrading.

Breakfast was very nice, the only thing was that it takes a little bit longer to come after you have ordered but otherwise it was very very nice

Place is beautiful and room are huge. I loved it
