Royale Chulan The Curve

I stayed at Royal Chulan The Curve for a week and I was very satisfied with the service and facilities provided. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and varied, with local and international dishes. The hotel location was also strategic, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and MRT station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality accommodation in Kuala Lumpur.

I love the big room n the comfy beds.The location is near Ikea n mall.So easy to find restaurants .So nice family suite room but a bit run down.Should do a bit of touch up but We enjoyed our stay coz there is so much privacy.The hotel rates are reasonable too.The staff are friendly n helpful.

There are 2 tv in my suite room.One is not working n the other one cannot be closed.So a bit noisy but I lower the volume.Breakfast on my first arrival is not so tasty.But on my 2nd day breakfast is good.Happy to get to eat fried kuayteow n the nasi lemak sambal is tasty.

overall i am ok but the room i stayed in smelled musty at first when we arrived but then it was ok. there was sign of old mold stains at the wall near aircond but covered over by paint. hopefully the mold had been cleared. some wallpaper was coming off but not that bad.

Truly appreciate the extra mile taken by the Front Desk staff to ensure the special requests were accommodated to -- twin beds & disabled person parking. Appreciate the kind concern in putting us up on a higher level than the ones being refurbished.

The breakfast buffet spread was just ok, and not as expansive with many options as other Royale Chulan hotels.

The hotel is connected to malls, ikea and eateries. Makes is super convenient to explore around. Since we had booked 3 rooms, they made our request possible for side-by-side. Parking is now via the touch n go card, RM15 for 24hrs. Friendly reception staff, Tharan. He helped us with a quick check-in.

Though rooms were clean, the furnitures were dusty causing our family to be sneezing away. Fridge was not available but we requested for 1 of the room n they provided.

The staff is very friendly, and makes you feel at home. I love the location close to shopping and restaurants, and also the short distance to my office when in Malaysia.

the WIFI connection is not good - especially in the evening, it is very bad

Location is attached to The Curve, very convenient! Room is a bit small but enough and all equipments work fine. Checkin process was smooth. Breakfast is good! Lot of option, good taste and the hot food station many option of made-to-order roti. Nice!

The swimming pool closed during raining.

Hotel has the patina of a bygone era, which is nice, but not everything works and corners could use a little more skrubning, but still, I keep coming back when In KL because of the location

Newer looks compared to Royale Chulan Damansara. Location wise is great, if you are into shopping. Walking distance for my trip to Surian Tower. Room is spacious. Hot water is working good, aircond is working good. Breakfast spread may not be great for some people, but i think it is good enough for me.

I love the surroundings. The hotel gave us complimentary cookies for Christmas. And the location was terrific! The staffs are so warm and nice. Very quiet and easy access to parking and rooms. I love the breakfast buffet. SOP was applied and the check-in and check out procedure was so smooth like butter :)

Nothing. I enjoyed my stay here although it was short. Hoped to return here again and stay a bit longer. Other than that, my fridge in the room was not working because our drinks were warm even after a whole night inside it.
