Hotel Armada Petaling Jaya

I booked the Admiral Suite, the biggest room offered my this hotel I guess. It's on the 24th floor. Really comfortable. About swimming pool, they don't have it. But I don't mind bout it since I'm not the pool lover. Parking is provided. You can validate your parking ticket at the lobby hotel. About the food, I like their food. Ala carte also nice, if you don't book for the buffet.

Sometimes there's water shortage in the toilet. It's really annoying. Maybe because of my room is onnthe highest floor. And since it's 4star hotel, I'm expecting they have face towel. But they don't provide it in the room. I tried to call the room service and reception using their telephone provided in my room. But it's not functioned. So I just went down (which is take time since my room is at 24th floor) just to request for a prayer mat. They do have a gym. But with very very limited of equipments. I was planned to use their gym during my stay. But when I surveyed the gym on my 1st night stay, I feel like not interested anymore. As a 4 star hotel, they can provide more than this. Besides these three things, I'm satisfied with my 2nights stay.

Staffs and beds are nice, check in process was smooth, near to LRT Asia Jaya station, aircond and water heater works well, worth the money !!

The lighting in the room is soooo dim, only yellowish light and no bright white lights :((

Overall I had pleasant experience would have rated full point if not deal to the male front office that had pulled things back.

Continue from above. When I arrived the evening before, lady front office staff helped me to validate my touch and go card and told me to come to counter each time I re-enter the car park. When I checked out, the male staff said "can you go over to the other counter at the entrance, we don't do it here". I told him I was told to come back here to validate, he insisted that he couldn't help and I must go to the other concierge counter if is manned by staff. While I understand that might be your hotel working arrangements, the way the staff answering and also the lacking of extra effort, such as get the concierge to come and help would have given me the better impression. I don't have his name but he was on duty 12:00pm (15/07/23)

The room i got was very roomy. it is definitely nice. power sockets is of sufficient amount but only one of them are universal socket so you will need to have a power converter for it. They have a table you can move around and if you want to plug in your device to a TV. makes sure you have an HDMI Available Additional Room keys can be requested at the front desk as they only provided me only one single key for my stay.

The bath towels in one of the days of my stay have some odd smells to it but the staff was able to change it out for me. The Internet connection is very sluggish if there is an event going on but if not the internet ix excellents

Value for money, walkable distance to menara axis, the staffs are all very friendly, the room is so spacious, clean and everything was good.

The lift door to the parking close so fast, nearly got hit😂I recommend that armada provide sofa/chair for waiting purpose in front of the reception counter. My husbnd and my baby have to stand for a long time while waiting for me to check in because theres no sofa/chair provided for waiting guest

The location is good, near to everything yet not traffic/ stuck. Room are clean, comfortable, no carpet so which is good for us since we are sensitive to dust. The staff are exceptionally helpful, especially Floria helping us so much on our checkout day. Definitely will stay here again.

Property a bit old. So on the first day our room having issue with AC. But they manage to repair it.

Everything was great. The front office was very helpful and sweet, the waiters on the 1st floor was awesome. ( Great job Arman! ) he deserves a raise. Buffet was unbelievable.

Somehow through out the night, the a/c wasn't cold on the 10th floor. We were sweating. But in the morning it was bck to normal. Would be great if the hotel provides teaspoon for the coffee & tea. Other than that it was a good short staycation for us.

The facilities and cleanliness, the male staff very politely to attend us.

The two female staff on the reception counter on night shift smirking and laughing at us like we don’t deserve to stay at the hotel. Maybe because of our attire doesn’t fit their qualifications to stay there ? I will repeat to stay there because of the facilities is very good but please remind the staff to respect everyone no matter who they are.

the room is ok and clean overall. staff is friendly and helpful. keep up the good hospitality. I got good view for the firecracker view on New Year Eve, thanks for that.

when i entered the room got some debris and crumbs on the chair (writing table). the small chair or dressing table was broken but i managed to get the new one from Housekeeping , thank you for that.

Delicious breakfast and lunch buffet, very friendly staff and fast service, comfortable pillow bed and comforter :)

Only 1 card was given, limited place to hang towels, floor looks like wasn’t mopped, no smart TV; just a regular TV
