Scope Hotel City Stay Frankfurt

Very nice Hotel in the city of Frankfurt not far away from central train station. Rooms are clean and cosy. They have affordable rooms, 50€ incl. breakfast (September 2023). I had a room on 4th floor. The corridor there had a blury carpet. The hotel is located immediately next to a "Supervised Injection Site" lots of people outside maybe waiting for their turn. There is no single minute that you will feel your are in any danger. It's a very peaceful location. Breakfast: everything you need, cheese, sausage, mortadella, eggs, jam, nutella, cereals, vegetables, several breads, yoghurt, fruits, ... I will book again and fully recommend this hotel.

1. Check-in was smooth 2. Staff were polite and switched to English. 3. Good breakfast 4. Rooms were clean 5. Good for short stay 6. Preferably for solo traveler 7. Proximity to the Central Railway Station, and tram stations. All in walkable distance. We could reach the hotel from the Railway Station by walk, even with heavy luggage.

1. Locality. I read the reviews from other guests and I already knew about it. But experiencing it firsthand was still disturbing. Quite unsafe to venture out after dark. Not advisable for family stay with small children. 2. No supplies in the room. 3. The rooms are hot in summer, obviously, due to the lack of air-conditioner or fans.

We went to see lewis Capaldi at Frankfurt and the Hotel was central to both the concert hall and Frankfurt City centre. The breakfast was open from 06hrs30 and it was a full continental breakfast and closed at 10hrs30, the receptionist spoke good English and she was able to assist us with our return transfers. My family and I were happy with the hotel and food.

Shocker! We walked from the bus station to the hotel, about 20 minutes, What we were not expecting were the drug addicts outside the hotel, Now, they didn't bother us and we walked in after the first time on the other side of the road, they are outside in the evening and gone in the morning and they do not bother the hotel or guests in my experience. It was just a surprise on the first night.

The room was spacious with a big Bath. Clean towels, shower gel, clean sheets. A big desk if you have some work to do. It exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing and there was a cute playful cat in the reception . It made my day I think cats should be in every hotel lobby :) they definitely change the atmosphere and change a normal Hotel to a warm lovely place haha!

The rooms can use some deep cleaning to be spottless but it was ok :)

The room is spacious and clean. We were grateful for the manager and the housekeeping lady who showed us the second room when we asked to change because of faulty towel rail and bad wiring in the room. On the day we checked out, the elevator wasn't working. We had to catch an early flight while my sister who would be left on her own to depart on a late flight had a large and heavy suitcase and wouldn't manage without use of elevator. The manager and the housekeeping lady assured us that they would help her and he did. They were very helpful. Breakfast is plenty of choices. The rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day. It's close to railway station and there are lots of supermarkets and restaurants.

It's unfortunate for the location with homeless, drug addicts and prostitute. But they never bother tourists.

This Hotel is just a few meter away from the main train station, you can just walk to the hotel. The staff were all pleasant, accomodating and nice. Food for breakfast was also good. Price wise is super. It is convenient for accessing the main station.

Although it was near the main train station, what you see just outside the Hotel isn't pleasant. It was messy and a lot of people are sitting on the side walks. If you get the rooms on the side of the main street, it may be quite noisy and loud. And there was no aircondition for Summer. Good thing my room had a balkon.

Room was basic but clean , The bathroom was clean and nice size bath .. The location was excellent to the station and the breakfast and darjeeling tea was in my mind excellent . On check out the lady let us fill our bottle with orange juice which is really nice ( many mean hotels would not let us fill our bottle ) Quiet too .

Nothing we didn't like , a few people outside , but I knew very well , they was NOT going to trouble us ..

Location: The hotel is situated at just 5 minutes walk to Central Station Frankfurt Hbf (tief), 60329 Frankfurt. Staff: The staff is so polite and cooperative, specially Front Front Desk Executive Ms. Salima. She assisted us in early Check-in as we arrived in Frankfurt bit early. Spacious Room: The room was so spacious to accommodate 3 Adults.

The hotel is great value, the staff accommodating and nice. No problem at all on that front.

The location is very convenient, but next to a drug addict shooting room. The entrance and the whole street are in terrible shape, surrounded by large groups of addicted people all day/all night. That’s not the hôtel management’s fault, but families should know.

the location: as mentioned in other reviews, it's pretty rough and no place to lead children down the streets surrounding the hotel, unless meant to teach them a lesson of what drugs can do to you. We had no problem, however, navigating the situation as a backpacking couple - we didn't feel comfortable, but also not unsafe. The drug addicts were mostly absorbed in their self-destructive behaviour and did not really interact with passers-by.
