Hotel Columbus

We were in the adjoining rooms for three people and there was plenty of space. Staff friendly and accommodating location very convenient to both train station and old town. I noticed some other reviews mentioned the surrounds of the hotel having issues, but we didn't have any issues, there's a pizza parlor outside you can hear but nothing unsafe or problematic. The room was cleaned daily, and our room had a little mini fridge which was nice for drinks and snacks. Overall good value.

Nil issues

Hotel staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was open buffet and enough. Very good location, 3 min walk to the main terminal. Budget friendly.

This region of Frankfurt is full of homeless people and drug addicts. During our stay we have not been harrassed or seen criminal activity, police is in control and patrolling around. But i do not recommend for families with kids.

fare enough price compare to the location. Room is clean and cozy. Changing towel is also fine. It has nice Chinese and Italian restaurant near the place.

Wifi is quite slow so I use my private internet instead of wifi. Card key should be re-activated everyday because it turn off after 12.

Good location, good checkout, most of receptionists ver friendly except one with visitors time limit

10 min limit on visitors. toilet paper rolls/ towels were not replenished. Smelled like cigarretes but thats the fault of the previous guests I think.

The location was exceptional and convenient to reach the city center and railway station, just 15 minutes to Frankfurt airport thus the best location to stay while visiting Frankfurt and having a flight on return.

Location, hospitality and cleanliness.

It's close to Central Station, and it has big plus for us, because we have only one night staying here, but it was so noisy, and Central Station was not good place for staying families with children. But staff was good and friendly. Room was clean.

Too noisy, too much garbage and drunk people around hotel. I should closed the window, because I can't sleep.

The staff was very friendly! It was also overall a great value, especially in terms of easy access to public transport. Comfortable beds, and has all the basics.

The rooms are a bit dated, saw one bug in the hallways, and the noise early in the morning can get a little excessive when you have to have the windows open.

Extremely friendly service, clean and what looks like recently renovated rooms, and excellent location for city centre and airport. Extremely good value for the money for a town like Frankfurt!

The staffs are very nice and helpful, I almost lost my phone and they found it and brought it back to us. Thank you very much. The location is very close to the Frankfurt Main Station, perfect for transit.

The room was spacious and comfortable for three people. It was very close to the central station and was quite easy to reach any part of the city with U-Bahn.

Although the hotel is very nice, the neighborhood does not seem so safe in the night.
