Traveling for leisure and did not want to spend much. I found this place for a very good price. from the maps it seems outside the city center however it takes only 15 min walk to get there. It is super clean an has all the necessary things for a short stay. These are little studios coming with a fridge, microwave, cooking stove. You get also some cookware if you wish to cook something yourself. In essence: great for those who value the price and do not mind to walk a bit. I use these places to sleep only. I do not need 5 star hotels because for a city trip you are always outside.

Maybe the pillow was too soft for me. But it is a personal preference I would have appreciated a hairdryer in the toilet.

Very nice spacious flat with view to Strasbourg center. Super clean. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the sheets and towels ready. Option to add parking was great.

A bit complicated to figure out how to get in - out since there are no signs outside of where the reception is, and also to give back the keys after opening the exit doors when leaving, since the letterbox was up in my floor... The shower was a mess since it's not separated from the rest of the bathroom. A small vending machine with pods to do the laundry would go a long way!

I have been in this place before and rebooked for this time as well. So this is self-explanatory. Rooms are sufficient size and overall clean. Bed is comfortable and blanket is fair. There is enough kitchenware to manage self-catering. Access outside of the reception working hours is also very easy. Downstairs small gym with some machines. In case there is a problem, staff is very quick to reply and repair.

WiFi connection is cutting off at times. Even though there are different trash bins downstairs and biocollector outside, few steps away, no garbage separation is foreseen in the rooms. It's still 1 bin system. I feel this should be remedied. Ideally there could be bigger bins for glass and packages in the corridor where residents bring their items. And general/bio/paper in room with separation, appropriate bags and also instructions where to empty the corresponding trash.

I have never met the staff due to the opening hours of the reception desk. However, they are doing great behind the scenes to ensure proper check-in, in case of late arrival. Two times staying already and no issues on arrival. They also followed up with me on a request from my side concerning the invoice. The place is ideally situated and within walking distance from the center. The room is well-equipped for a short stay. The pillows were very comfy. Good value for money.

Not that it's a fault of the hotel, but with the heatwave and no air-conditioning, the room was rather hot. The bathroom was not properly clean.

From the moment I checked in, the hotel staff was courteous and welcoming. The check-in process was swift, and they provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel's amenities and nearby points of interest. The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and adequately equipped with the essential amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy throughout my stay.

However, there were a few areas where the hotel fell short of expectations. Firstly, the Wi-Fi connection in our room was somewhat unreliable, making it challenging to stay connected during our stay. Secondly, the walls seemed a bit thin, as we could hear noise from neighboring rooms at times, which disrupted our sleep.

Very clean and tidy. Looked like a small apartment: f.e. you have everything you need to prepare yourself a meal. The room instantly gave us a good visual impression. Good choice for your stay, all in all.

No air-conditioning though, we were there when it was +30 and sometimes it was unbearable bcos of the heat in the room even with the windows opened (can be noisy because of that). And a small bathroom with very little space (no shelves) to put your things to (especially when you're travelling with someone). Everything was always falling on the floor :(

The room was really well equipped, clean and spacious. The building is modern and also very safe, a little bit far from the centre, but near the central station. The staff was really helpful and professional. There are a lot of services: if your stay will be long, you have a gym, a study room, a cafeteria and also a lot of depliants which show the main attractions of the area. The view is also amazing and the quarter seemed safe (me and my friend are women). They also kindly let us leave our luggages after the check-out.

This is a good choice for a short stay of 1-2 nights. The place is clean. Additionally, the location is convenient and easily accessible, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.

One thing to note is that the reception operates during specific hours, which may cause some inconvenience. It can be challenging to communicate with the staff outside of these hours, as you may need to wait until they are available. However, the staff are generally helpful and friendly, so it's worth keeping these hours in mind when planning your stay.

Perfect location for a walk to the center (15 min) The block is clean, provided with all facilities and full of young people (which makes you remember "youth") The young lady at the reception is very kind and helpful (they provide you with any additional facility you might need - hair dryer, iron) The room is clean and very comfortable, even if it is small; good bed and pillows. There is traffic around, but for us this is not a problem, although we slept with the window slightly open; the kitchenette facilities are very helpful Garage is a big plus; for us it was fantastic to leave the car there during the two and a half days we walked around and the fee is absolutely fair. The protective panel from the shower was missing, but I think it was a temporary, solvable problem (otherwise the water from the shower ends up on the floor).

Room was good size and well mainained. There as also small kitchen corner that had sufficient utilities. Everythying was clean. In bathroom also soap was available. Heating was efficient. Dishwashing equipment was provided . Storing spaces were sufficient.

Main problem was noise - this building is next to the highway and even windows closed the traffic noise came in. But if windows were open, it was unbearable. Also WiFi was pretty weak and switching off in times, very slow at evenings. Toilet paper holder let the roll fall all the time.
