Odalys City Strasbourg Green Marsh

It's a nice aparthotel with a small pool, situated very close to the city center. The main sights are within walking distance. In the tiny kitchen there was everything you need. The area is super nice, plenty of restaurants around and a big shopping center. The small pool was enjoyed by the kids.

The cleanliness level was not fantastic, and the dishwasher smell strongly of mold. We did not cook, but we took food as takeaway for dinner and breakfast. The set up of the table and kitchen area is not the most comfortable. The pool is very small (only nice for kids :)) and a bit on the cold side.

We have a bit mixed feelings after this trip. The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. The service was OK, although they were only answering if we had questions, so nothing special. We had to announce, when we want to have breakfast, although it was a buffet breakfast on the ground floor. Why? The pool was never available for us. We asked two times. The selection at the breakfast buffet is OK for a couple of days. Location wise the hotel is very good. A very big shopping mall is in the front of it and everything is in walking distance: city centre, tram, cathedral, restaurants…etc.

We enjoyed how spacious this place was and the little kitchenette and eating area. The bed was very comfortable, also. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel but chose to eat at the local bakeries or restaurants. The location was good. We had to walk a little bit to see the cathedral and then to walk to the Petite France. It was very warm while we were there but the room had excellent air conditioning. We loved how they had extra sheets and pillows in the closet and that the closets had hangers. It was like home away from home! We would definitely stay here again!

The only issue we had was that the bedroom, which is separate from the living area, was warmer since the air conditioner vent was in the main living area. But overall it was ok since we slept with no covers. I had no problem with it being warmer since I brought my own travel fan. My husband was the one who was a bit uncomfortable at night trying to sleep.

The check-in was easy, the lady at reception explained everything in details and was really nice. Fortunately we had a parking space booked as the parking nearby is tough. The room is comfortable compared to what you get for the same price in Strasbourg. The breakfast was not full of options but had the basics. The location is really close to the city center.

The room smelled ok until a restaurant started working and all the smells came back via the air conditioning. The second bed in the 4-room apartment is not the most comfortable.

Very good location - on a walking distance to almost all the Strasbourg’s sightseeings. A shopping mall across the street. Area full of restaurants. Spacious apartment overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. Well soundproofed and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. Very well trained staff. Irina was very competent and client oriented, with naturally kind and helpful attitude.

A bit inconvenient usage of the underground parking but not a big deal, at all.

The apartment is spacious enough for 4 family member. The cooking facility is good for small meal preparation. The apartment is very clean and looks new. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is 15 minute walk from Strasbourg Station. 15 minute walk to sightseeing areas. Only 2 minutes to Place De Halles shopping complex and they have Auchan supermarket inside. Highly recommended for family travel.

Thank you so much for having me stay here! I really enjoyed my stay in Strasbourg! My apartment on the top floor was wonderful and had a great view of the sunset. The apartment itself was spacious and had a kitchen with stove top, fridge, microwave and dishes to make a hot meal. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very big! Heating works great. The staff is friendly and helpful and accommodating.

The internet could be improved. A bit slow at times and also had to keep logging in all the time whenever I didn't use it for a little while. The pool was luke warm but could have been hotter. Steam room was closed. The only downside was the constant noise from one of the vents inside the apartment and the elevator next door could be heard.

It's like having your own small French apartment as it has everything you need to make a hot meal. Plenty of space to roam around in. The bathroom was huge compared to most European standards which I appreciated. Lots of natural sunlight coming through the windows. The staff are helpful. The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and a stove for making your own food. Overall the cost for this place was reasonable!

Some of the kitchen items and some of the furniture look a little worn and could be replaced. The cleanliness could be improved a little as well!

Perfect central location. Walking distance to all attractions including the Christmas night markets. Indoor pool was great even in winter. Nice "mud room" type entrance to leave your wet boots in apartment

The buffet breakfast is not as abundant as we have had in other establishments. Booked for 4 people but they only included 2 for breakfast

Great location, spacious, friendly staff, good breakfast, no-issues WiFi. Would stay there again.
