Excellent location, next to the canal. Very close to both the centre and the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. When I needed to contact the hotel before arrival, they replied my msg immediately. The reception was open 7/24. Breakfast was very nice, cheeses and the fresh orange juice was great. Our room was on the first floor with full glazing. I liked having lots of sunlight both in the rooms and in the brekfast area. It was also great that we could fill our water bottles in the common area. For me, the best part was that the rooms were warm enough during February. The city was a bit cold in the evenings and it felt great to turn back to our warm hotel, which was not the case in some other hotels we stayed previously.

I wish there was some kind of storage/wardrobe in the rooms other than the open one. And the cleaning of the breakfast plates and knives could have been better. Also the coffee could be better.

I booked the room for someone else and had to ask the hotel some questions. My questions were answered immediately . The person who stayed in the hotel was very happy with the accommodation and said that for its class the hotel is a 10. The room was small as described, but just enough for a person who is there to explore the city and not to spend much time inside. The breakfast was plenty and tasty , including freshly pressed orange juice ( often not offered in other hotels) The person at the reception was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to access main attractions in the city by foot.

The location is very good if you travel by train. It is close to central railway station (10 minutes by foot) but not too close to avoid possible asocial persons who used to be attracted by railway stations worldwide. And it is very close to all basic historic attractions. The breakfast was very good, included to the room price.

the only complain were the sounds of moving trams outside and very loud talk of neighbors if they happen to be drunk enough to speak out each other about their poor lives)

I like the location of the hotel. It is just a walking distance to a mall/shopping areas, and famous attractions like le petite france,Cathedral Notre dame,etc. The interior of the hotel is chic and beautiful. The bed is so comfortable.

There was no air condition in the room. I came during summer and it was pretty hot in the room. Even though the staff offered an electric fan, it was still not enough.

The petit dejeuner was quite satisfactory, with some surprising flourishes, especially the orange press and coffee machine. The room was far too warm when we entered, but with the windows open it became cool enough for sleep. Unfortunately, open windows meant lots of street noise.

Without a portable a/c unit, I would avoid booking a west-facing unit any later in the summer.

The staff is friendly and assisted me in different things i needed Free water to refill the bottle available at reception The breakfast is great and everything is fresh The view from my room was sooo perfect overlooking the river The room was good as size and so comfy and it has everything The location is just perfect

Nothing i remember

Very good location near city center, clean room, comfortable bed and big bathroom. The breakfast was very good and complete, including fresh orange jus. We needed parking and asked details by e-mail for getting there. The answer arrived quickly: parking is 250 m from the hotel, public parking Indigo Kleber, and we've got for it, on arrival at the hotel, a discount ticket (from 44 EUR/day to 18.50 EUR/day). To exit from parking one should enter firstly the normal ticket and then the discount ticket (there is no message on the machine for the second ticket !!) and then the displayed rate will change. In the area there are work in progress for tram, some inherent noise from it during the day, but with window closed it was quite low.

Air conditioning would have helped as it was hot weather. We opened the door onto our balcony which helped, although it was noisy on the Saturday night.

Hotel placed in a beautiful ancient palace 10 minutes walking far from the Petit France. Our room was very nice with a balcony, overlooking the Canal and the centre. Breakfast was tasting and varied. Parking space near the hotel, but my advise Is to ask its address to reception before your arrival, so that you can find It easier.

Location is excellent, rooms are spacious enough , bathroom is nice and with everything you need, and breakfast is nice with diversity with excellent coffee and freshly squeezed juice .

No air condition and no refrigerator in the room.
