- Super location! A short walk from the main train station and to the centre of town - Room was spacious (we booked a privilege room) - Coffee machine in the room - Staff we’re very polite and friendly - Check in was really quick and stress free - Clean and tidy hotel

- Breakfast selection was good but there were far too many sweet options (cakes and sugary stuff, and we would have preferred more savoury options) - A couple of things in the room were broken upon arrival but as we only used the room as a base for three nights so it didn’t bother us much

It was my first time in Straßbourg. My room 304 was very comfortable for a single Person. Very clean. The room was small but most of the time I was experiencing the city. So I just came for sleep😊 The Staff was very nice and helpful. They also recommended me some sights. I will definitely come back. Nous nous reverrons! Merci

There is no complaint here. Like I said my room was very small. Good for a single Person. For people who need more bigger rooms, ask for it. And the vegan choice for breakfast is not given.

Located minutes away from Strasbourg station and just a stone’s throw away old Strasbourg with cobblestone streets. Although room on the smaller side of things, but just me and already expected it to be so hence was fine. The water providing facility by lobby is a nice touch.

Wish my room was facing the street (having sort of a view) rather than looking at a wall of a courtyard. Some fixtures in the room needs some repair work (ie the power socket panel by the desk was loose, looks a bit dangerous to use).

Location is great - rooms were quiet - bed was comfy - the drinks in the mini bar were great (2 big waters, coke, orangina, apple juice. Two extra pillows in the cupboard.

The bed was a little small for two tall people, and the bathroom was a bit squishy and the carpark where you can the reduced rate is a bit of walk with heavy bags.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful !! Excellent location. Room was comfortable.

Breakfast served was not that good compared to 15 euro for per person. Not good options of fruits or salads. Mostly baked products like cakes, crossaints were served. There was no option for toast breads.

The location was good since it is very close to the station! Breakfast was correct and the staff was kind. Very confortable bed.

I was given a room with no window, i.e. the door room was in glass in absence of an actual window however this was not compensating the lack of a window. No natural light. When booking I do not recall I was informed of this detail. Not my favourite type of room although it was well decorated, clean, cosy and with a spacious bathroom.

This hotel is 3 star hotel but it seemed to us it is 4 stars, the recception desk staffs are very professional and kind. The rooms are very clean, the bed is very confortable. And Hotel serves you caffee and te as well as the water. It is so onvinient to walk to City centre and all the parts of the tursist points.

I stayed in the hotel for 1 night, but it was a very good experience. I arrived to Strasbourg before the check-in time and the staff helped me to find a room, I was very happy with their service and very well spoken English. The room was very clean, everything looked good. I was able to use the luggage storage room the next day. The staff was always kind and helpful in every way. Overall, would recommend it 10/10 if you are visiting Strasbourg!

Location was great. The hotel was close both to the city and the train station, so we could walk everywhere by foot. The hotel also offers parking discount, which was very useful for us, as we came by car. The rooms were interesting, quiet and cozy. We really enjoyed breakfast as there were a lot of tasty options.

More savory options for breakfast would have been nice. The breakfast itself was very tasty, but everything is mainly sweet.

Location was great! A few minute walk from everything downtown. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were pet friendly and didn't cost a fortune. Overall really good and definitely recommend.

Breakfast was limited selection. It was fine for what it was but not many options. 1 type of egg, 1 type of meat...but plenty of options for coffee cakes.
