very cozy with a kitchenette, bigger than the usual hotel room. 10mn from the station, 10mn from city center.

wasn’t that clean, found a hair on the bed.

Location is excellent, near the city center and near the train station. Also, bed and pillows were excellent, nice and soft. Althoug the room was oriented on the trains, it was very quiet and sleeping was very good. Near the hotel, there were nice pubs (hotel staff recommended us The Solidarite and it was good to sit among locals during the happy hour). Shopping mall is also near for those who like shopping (shopping mall has nice bakeries with delicious croissants and coffee - bakery Paul).

Maybe it would be a good idea for hotel to have a bikes for rent for their guests. There is application in Strasbour for bike rents but they ask for a deposit. This is only a suggestion.

I really liked the "Comfort Double Studio" room. The facilities exceeded my expectations: an electric hob with two heaters, a microwave, fridge & extensive collection of kitchen implements. I only stayed for one night but it would be my hotel of choice for a longer stay due to the food preparation options. Breakfast was simple but handy. Very easy for both the railway station & city centre. Also on the bus route to the European Parliament, which was helpful for my tourism. Staff helpful.

If I'm being really picky some of the furniture looked a bit old, but it did not have a big impact on my stay.

We booked a junior suite earlier in the year and we got a good price. we were able to leave our luggage on arrival. the shower was hot and the room was warm. it was a big room and it was comfortable. the bed was fine too. it was a short walk into town. really close to the railway station too. It was quiet considering we stayed over some important football matches and the Xmas markets

The wifi was terrible! you couldn’t do much at all. it would be nice to have a few more teabags. They don’t clean the rooms every day which is fine with me but it also means they don’t restock so once the two teabags were gone, I had nothing else for the remaining 3 nights.

An good hotel with a great location and views of the railway, which was nice for me. Room was clean, had good facilities. The WiFi worked effectively and the staff were helpful. Check-in and check-out process was easy.

There was a broken switch in my room that I needed to report - the blue light coming out of it needed a sock over it so I could sleep, But it was fixed. The late checkout was appreciated, but the room locked automatically when I left before then and I wasn't able to make a final check I hadn't left anything.

Excellent room, totally worth it. Enough space, small kitchenette, a nice table and chairs. It was a bit of a walk to the city centre, but nothing much. There was a small grocery store 2 blocks from the hotel that was really helpful.

My parents stayed here too and they had some difficulty getting in and out of the shower. There was a big step to get in and out. I wouldn't recommend it for people with limited mobility.

Room interior is of economic standard, but everything you need. Really clean too. Good bathroom facilities. Room was spacious. Staff were AMAZING! Reception open 24/7. I was a bit worried staying so close to the train station, but the area is totally safe. There were also no noise in the hotel even though there quite many people staying there

Elevator extremely low as is wifi - so if you need wifi for your work this will be tricky

The hotel is conveniently located, not too far from the train station. My room was spacious and well-equipped, and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. The shower was also nice and hot.

I did not manage to connect to the hotel wifi - I never had more than one bar of reception and could not complete the login process to access the free wifi, although I tried several times.

For our stay in Strasbourg (our first visit) it was ideal. Parking was extremely useful and very reasonable (IMO). The hotel was easily located on Google Maps GPS. It was an easy walk to places if interest, shops, trams etc Perfect for our needs.

I hadn't thought about it but as an apart hotel it's up to the guests to take out rubbish (e.g. ).

Just a 10 minute walk from the train station Room with mini kitchen (induction stove, microwave, mini fridge, coffe maker, pans, plates, etc) Nearby a mall with a good supermarket, restaurants, Decathlon, among other useful stores (incidentally, I'm getting my winter boots fixed at a shop over there as we speak) Large room and bathroom

Wifi coverage is not that good. My 4G connection worked better than their wifi
