The beds are so comfy and the pillows and linen incredible… the room was stylishly decorated and a typical hotel I used to stay in for work. As a family stay, we were very comfortable. When we arrived, our room had two singles pushed together with a king mattress topper. I called to ask for a proper king and the manager responded immediately. We also had a 3rd bed added to the children’s room and and all was done when we arrived.

The boom-gate cannot be opened from reception which is a massive problem when you have an apocalyptic storm and a right hand drive car. We called reception to open for us but they didn’t explain and I had a second shower, a useless wet qr code and was pretty annoyed. Other than that, we had no complaint.

Friendly front desk staff, nice breakfast selection, good quality dinner. USB (5V) charge connector near the bed for charging the mobile phone. Free WiFi Internet connection. Well equipped meeting rooms.

Only one working coffee machine in the breakfast room (long cues). Untrained staff serving group dinner (2022-09-07) - putting a few plates on each table instead of serving table by table. Half of the food was cold by the time everyone got his course served. Most basic knowledge for waiters was missing. Also - there was one bottle of wine on a table for 10 pax - it took forever to get a second one. The group dinner was pricey (but the food was good),

The Hotel is situated in a very quiet place not far away from the S-Bahn station with a big parking place and the possibility to part even o n the street without to pay. Breakfast was various and tasty. Rooms are very spacious and very clean a double room is more than enough for a family with 1 child.

when there are big group of tourists the breakfast can be served only at the certain hour otherwise it is unlikely to find a free table. Also at the lobby bar they not serving any cocktails only normal drinks.

I received in the room a letter from the hotel in which it writes that at that price I have 1 extra person for free in my room. And that's is disappointed because I was not informed on time to organize travel for my partner to join me during the business trip. The second problem during check-in, in the reception besides the fact that we paid in advance by cash, the person took from us 300 euros as a guarantee from our credit card. and now we need to wait almost one month to get back that money. From my point of view, I think that is not needed to take money as a guarantee when we already paid in advance the whole amount of money.

booking through hilton itself is really upsetting ;, advertise 99 eu then when you want to book a 50 eu surplus crops up with some rubbish such as we need to charge this for our 24/7 service etc ..this is not the behaviour of a serious hotel such as the hilton , luckily my amex payment was wrong , so my ok did not go through , i booked with booking.com no problem , no rubbish 103 eu ...that's it ..can you explain ?

Staff extremely helpful, couteous and very professional especially at bar and reception. Hotel in general was very clean, warm and comfortable Tram approx 200 metres from hotel and 4 stops to city centre, short walking distance to European Parliment from hotel also I would certainly stay there again in the future.

Ensuite could do with an upgrade and no clock radio in the room.

The staff and staff and staff: from the reception to the restaurant passing through the house keeping: the staff was putting extra efforts to serve the huge number of clients, always smiling and totally engaged: thank you!

the breakfast could be more diversified. The lobby should be renovated as it is obsolete compared with the hotel chain.

the cleaning of the room, the bathroom, the food, parking inside of hotel

1. some stuff member had limitation with english (it was a little surprise). 2. THe room was very hot, even with termostat on the OFF position, so we had to keep the windows open during day. During the night, that extra warm was dissappeared, so no need to keep the window open.

Ever was great. We liked the bright and comfortable room and good breakfast. We are appreciative hotel’s and restaurant’s staff which helped us with all questions

The lack of food on the menu at dinner. Thanks to the hostess of the restaurant, who solved the problem and we were able to order what we wanted

Breakfast was excellent, great range of food available and helpful staff. Room was clean and a good size.

Parking was erratic and not clear to other guests where a space was a space or whether two spaces were taken. The route to the hotel was blocked and entry to the hotel was difficult. The wood of the door to our room toilet was separating.
