Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Carcassonne

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 adults. a double bed, two singles and a sofabed, we all slept well. We were thankful for the air-conditioning. The kitchen facilities were very handy, especially the fridge. Everything was very clean. The carpark was secure and loads of space. The pool looked lovely, unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. We had a hire car and the hotel was a very short drive to restaurants, supermarkets, the Canal du Midi and the medieval cite.

The accommodation was excellent value for money but breakfast for 5 of us was beyond our budget so we picked up breakfast in a nearby supermarket. We have no complaints, everything was very satisfactory.

The property has a good price and it has a gated guarded parking. The staff is friendly and speaks many languages well. The apartments are large and have a lot of amenities including a small kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and has soap in 2 soap dispensers. The lift is modern. The bed is comfortable. One can enter and leave outside business hours with a code.

The wifi password changed on Oct 1 and they failed to tell me ahead so at midnight I lost my wifi. The pool was advertised to only close on Oct 3 but they closed it on Oct 1. The small bottle of water that in the town is 80 cents was sold at 2 euros by the staff that is an extremely large markup. The castle is slightly far to walk to about 40 mins ... the hotel itself had a smell as if someone smoked in it previously ...

Great clean rooms with AC. Good location.

Staff were friendly, however would be great if they know a bit about local attractions displayed in the hotel and also hotel facilities ( Temp of pool, if the kitchen tap water is drinking water) as when these questions were asked we were told they do not know and no attempt was made to find the answers

The property was newish and very modern. It was a bit of a walk from the centre or train station. The staff were very friendly and gave us lots of information we asked about gave us a map and showed us where to go.

The room was smaller than we expected but was ok we only really slept there.

The room was big and cozy, the bed comfortable, the parking (as the hotel) is only accessible to residents. There's a supermarket not too far.

The wifi was awfully slow. It may save you if you have no other choice but don't expect a fluid conversation when chatting, or browsing internet. The room was a bit too hot during the afternoon.

It's easy to find location, although a bit far from the city center. Good value for money, free parking on site, swimming pool, and reasonable price for bed and breakfast.

Room facilities need renovation. The hair dryer is missing in the room. if you need it, you have to ask at the reception🤨

the internet was available, but my son's laptop was the only device that would connect consistently for short periods of time. phones, pads, and my laptop wouldn't connect at all.

Very helpful staff. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and the air-conditioning was a life saver. The kitchenette was very minimal. The location is nothing special but is handy for visiting Carcassonne.

The kitchenette could have been better supplied with decent sized mugs etc.

Very large room with modern facilities

Disappointed to find out that the pool was closed at the end of September, just a couple of days before we arrived even though the temp was 25C. I do not believe this information was shown at the time of my booking a few days earlier.

Great position and the private parking is a plus. We arrived very late in the evening due to traffic, we recived all the instructions to get in by SMS, great service indeed. Furniture is "classic" but it has all the comforts. Breakfast is good and with a lot of choice.
