These guys saved my life, the hotel I originally booked canceled my reservation without telling me on superbowl weekend, luckily for me someone canceled their reservation at the new garden and they held a room down for me, and they kept me off the street, this has always been my favorite hotel in Sosua and I'm staying with them strictly for now on

Free breakfast and a pool you can hop in anytime. A bar that stay open until 11 and you are allowed a guest to visit. Omar at the front desk was a great guy very professional and gave me tips and direct me the right way and should be recognized. Good security at the front door just in case. I will be returning to the new garden hotel when I visit Dominican Republic. This hotel is good for single guys.

The staff was very professional and the complimentary breakfast was superb. Also, the room was very clean and the bathroom was excellent. Also liked the mini fridge band if I didn't have a place to stay, New Garden Hotel was a very nice stay. Finally, the air conditioner worked when I needed it.
The safe didn't work in my room. Plus, the toilet was stopped up after I used it but was able to allow the toilet to finally flush.

I’ve been here twice now. The attached restaurant serves good food. I tried a few dishes while I was there. They have visible security and nice staff.
The beds are not very comfortable. After a few days I wake up with body pains.

Location, staff and the restaurant at one location. Security was the best and had the best customer service I’ve seen with any security company and I hire security companies all to often in my personal life.

Great place to stay, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and they have 24 hours security and it’s only a 5 minute walk from all the fun activities.

I paid for a king not a queen so I'm probably asked for a refund or something my room had mosquitoes and ants I couldn't get the other room across the street because they also had Wi-Fi issue on the other side are the newer hotel

Extremely comfortable New Garden was amazing all around. The staff was very friendly and it was clean. I met amazing locals that made me feel like family. I will definitely go back. The food at the restaurant was also amazing.

Karina Gravi Candila Omar all made my stay enjoyable and comfortable. Great location central to everything. Extensive menu, very good chefs, fully stocked bar. no issues with anyone or anything so thanks lorenzo and the rest of the team at New Garden. C u soon.
Room could be modernised and the shower was a little troublesome. Nothing worth complaining about in my opinion.
