The Morgana Poblado Suites Hotel

The hotel is located on a hill in El Poblado, very quiet and safe. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and the view is quite lovely. It is a bit far from the metro station El Poblado, but one can uber there and it's cheap. I like to walk and it is a 30-minute walk, and the supermarket Carulla Palmas is on the way. The breakfast is buffet style, and the food is good. Price-wise, I do think this hotel is an excellent choice.

The wifi started to stop working or work very slowly after 9 or 10pm, but this might be a good thing for me to get off the internet, read something and have a solid sleep:)

you’re next to Poblado which it’s the place to be in Medellin, the hotel it’s on a hill so even if you’re close to a Main Street it’s totally quiet, so perfect place to have a good rest, the room was amazing, really big, restaurant it’s cheap if you don’t really wanna leave the facilities you can always eat there, didn’t really get a view since my room was on the 3 floor but pretty sure on higher floors you’ll get an amazing view of Medellin.

nothing bad, just missing some soap and shampoo, which you can always ask for more but the fact that it’s already there without needing to ask for it, it’s always appreciated

We came as a family of 4, with 2 kids ages 2 & 4, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the city view was beautiful, and the kids really liked the pool (there was no baby pool but they used floaties). The restaurant was quite good too, we enjoyed eating outdoors by the pool. We would definitely come back.

In terms of location, it wasn’t a walking distance from all of the nice restaurants in Poblado. However, it’s on a hill and the city views are spectacular.

The staff was great Jonathan, Andres, in kitchen just unbelievable, Holiundro chef good, front desk could be more friendly, and per shift, have atheist one member speak some English. Manger Andrana great and friendly. I will be back in July. Maintenance very pleasant. All in all good 👍 visit, but again front desk needs a lesson in friendliness sorry but true. Kitchen staff unbelievable fantastic.

Nice location, not far from shopping malls and the central Poblado area. Not everyone from the staff could speak English but they all made sure we had a great stay and provided great service. Really friendly people and very welcoming! Food from the restaurant was tasty also! The furniture is somewhat in need of replacement but the great service made up for it. Price is good and if you have a room on a higher floor the views are beautiful.

The staff is amazing. The general manager, she is beyond friendly and beats all of the expectations that anyone would have for hotel management! The breakfast is good, that is the only area that I think they could improve with the staff being more friendly and proactive. The property is in one of the safest locations in the entire city. The hotel is not like many of the hotels in Medellín - it’s for professionals and serious travelers that want a great value for their money!

The staff was amazing and was very helpful. They do keep the facility clean. The food from the restaurant waa good and would recommend the palitos de queso with rhe berry sauce.

The facilities are older but they do keep them clean. If you want quietness and rest then where the hotel is located is perfect but if you want to be in walking distance of restaurants and bars then this isn't the place foe you.

it’s in a nice area in Medellin, the staff are very helpful and it’s located central to Poblado but is nice and sedate. it is great value and has great views of the city. if your a first time traveller to the city it’s a good place to stay

can’t fault it much, perhaps the rooms could be refurbished to the 5 star finish but that’s me only trying to find some constructive criticism. the suites are very spacious and it is very good value. so not much to complain about

This was my third time staying here in the last year and a half. The staff greeted me at the door by name. They cater to my every whim. The rooms are spacious with balconies overlooking the El Poblado section of Medellin. A comfortable and safe 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants and nightlife of Parque Lleras. The hotel is located on a hill in a beautiful residential section of El Poblado. Heated pool, jacuzzi, and steam room are available to enjoy. Delicious breakfast and full menu in their restaurant will always delight. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very nice, quiet and safe. Very beautiful view from the balcony of the city during the day and night. The hotel is situated close to shopping malls and Exito shopping center. The Morgana Poblado hotel is a Unique place in Medellin.
