Mi Hotel Sandiego

Location is good, just 300 mtrs from premium plaza mall. Everything you need is inside the mall. Also location is near the central business area. Rooms are basic but decent with comfortable beds. Breakfast is sufficient with atleast 2 hot vegetarian items. Staff helped me send a local courier. They even provided a box for packing. Value for money hotel

Hotel located on a busy traffic junction.. rooms facing the street can be noisy. I had requested for an inside silent room and thankfully got it. Apart from the nearby mall, it didn't appear to be a tourist friendly area. Most staff don't speak English. Thankfully i had Google translate.

The restaurant on the sixth floor: beautiful view, very helpful and pleasant wait staff, good selection for breakfast. It was nice to be able to sit inside or outside. There is a large mall just around the corner - a five minute walk. I ate two dinners in the restaurant also - and they were good! Attached are two photos - one of the restaurant, the other of the view from the restaurant at night. :)

My bed was a little bit hard. Could have used a mattress-topper.

The restaurant should put more staff to work, some of us waited very long for the food and other did not get their food

Breakfast was okay, Location too. Room was clean and our house keeper Erika, was great too. Very nice lady. Overall the staff was great, great service, very kind.

I think they can add or change the breakfast every other day. There is not enough option. Eating Rise and/or Eggs everyday is monotonous. Their is fruit option too. But I've missed an omelet.

Good location, good breakfast, nice view from the restaurant, friendly staff, close to shopping malls. Centrally located.

High traffic when I’m on the street (smog).

Staff very friendly and helpfull, starting from reception, to waiters, to house keeping. Location is great, near 2 malls with food courts. If you don't like the choices of the breakfast buffet, you can ask the waiter for an omelet or eggs the way you like it.

Thin walls, can hear everything from neighbors next door and above our room. The room needs more light. Breakfast buffet is very Colombian, as it caters to mosly Colombian business travelers.

Day time ...good ...room are big...staff ladies ok...good move during day time.... Excellent view from the 6th floor

but at night outside very dangerous. Staff men ...not ok Breakfast mist cake ! Action by staff to slow when must do something !

Very clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast included. Staff was very nice. Easy walk to two large malls with lots of eating possibilities. Strong shower with hot water. Solid WiFi.

Located on the corner of two busy streets, windows are not soundproof, so you hear traffic starting very early.

There was noting I did not like. Keep up the good work. I will recommend this Hotel and will return to this Hotel in my next visit.

The location is very convenient. It’s close to the bus stop to the airport and to two metro stations. There are two shopping malls around and a lot of restaurants. The room is big, clean and has everything you might need, including some medicine for cold for example. The WiFi is fast. The breakfast is very good.

The coffee is awful :)
