Hotel Florencia Plaza

Good place to leave your stuff and sleep at nights in Medellín. The bed was great, the location, in the very center of food and parks where tours usually have as a meeting point to leave from and night life. most of the staff where very attentive. Air conditioning was great too and breakfast was tasty. It’s from 7 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. They cleaned and changed towels everyday (we stayed for 5 nights) even though there was a message in a card saying they would clean less often unless requested and that the towels had to be on the floor in order for them to change them, and we never threw them there, it’s something good, but I just wanted to let you know.

Shower sprayed water in the night even though it wasn’t open, sometimes, depending on the time, breakfast wasn’t restocked. In pictures it looked bigger, for us it was good, but just thought you should know. there was a day they went cleaning there was an used shampoo bottle from the ones they put that was left in the shower, we didn’t use shampoos, and always the soap we had to wash our hands was taken and thrown, they restocked new ones usually, but the ones we used could still be used. the refrigerator is little, we bought a water gallon, but it didn’t fit in.

The hotel is located in between Parque el Poblado and Parque Lleras in a quiet street and right in the center of El Poblado. The room was well equiped with a fridge which was convenient. It is a great deal for the price. We enjoyed staying there and can recommend it.

Although it mentioned a terrace with jacuzzi, the space was not available during our stay. No problem though - we were busy exploring the city instead.

Location of the hotel was certainly a great advantage. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were quite neat and had all the basic amenities for a comfortable stay.

It would have been really good if the staff could speak English. Although the staff were extremely helpful, unable to converse was certainly a challenge.

Location is unbearable, super close to all the the bars, restaurants and metro system. The rooms are spacious and they have an AC system to help keep you cool on those hot, humid days.

This district is very lively on the weekends and people can party till 4am. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as you can hear loud music from nearby bars.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and had all the basic services you'd expect (breakfast, 24-hr reception). There's a small enclosed roof deck which was pleasant to sit on.

Very minor complaint: Street noise was a little loud in my room facing the street, but there are just a lot of loud cars/motos in Medellin.

Cindy, excellent attention, she helped me a lot, she was like my great Colombian friend, greetings to her, she is a great girl, although everything seemed good to me, I highlight her attention

On a quiet street but very close to the nightlife. Desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Good air-conditioning.

A little expensive.

We stayed here twice during our trip. Everything was great! Warm and helpful staff, easy checkin, spacious, modern and comfortable room, nice bathroom with wellness shower and great location. Delicious, freshly prepared breakfast. Everything was very clean. Wifi worked well, too. Perfectly located in El Poblado. All that for a very reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
