I loved Everything about this hotel.I highly recommend it. Let me share my experiences as a first time turist in Colombia. The security upfront Fabio , he really gave us the feeling that every single guests are important, I had a situation that my dad felt sick on the firt day arriving , I ask him where I can find some soup he personally brought it at my room for my dad ,because I had to an docter appointment. FABIO also showed me the pharmacy. FABIO yiu are the best!I clearly see you love what you do ,keep up the good work God will bless you with many things. Moving on to room service, we had an amazing lady Elizabeth who had the shift the days we where there .She did a very good job ,trustworthy and we loved that every day she leaves a note telling us she attended the room and also on the days that we did need the service she was like ok but atlease let me change the towels,hand them to me. ELIZABTH you are for sure one of best room attended I ever had thereafter you have senior Jackson , if I am not mistaking he is a chef, Jackson with a very nice approach ask if everything is good with the food ,if there is anything he can help with let him know. I spoke a little bit with him and I could clearly see aswell that Jackson loves what he do. Thank you Jackson. The hotel is very safe ,perfect location . Everything is walking distance. The front desk staff was also amazing.

I Liked everything. 1 small thing was that I ask for shuttle , but did not get it , I don't mind because it had taxis outside and at a low cost.

The breakfast room is amazing. Rocio the housekeeper is really nice and she left the room sparkling clean

Business center doesnt have computers and I was unable to use the jacuzzi because you have to stick go a schedule and the schedule was always full. I dont plan my vacation around a jacuzzi schedule, its more like an ammenity I like to use if i have some down time in my hotel room

The staff service is alway very good. I love the location and the facility is clean!

The breakfast is very limited. I whish it had some American breakfast item available. This would have been amazing! Also, if there is more meat options at the restaurant would be great!

The staff was very professional. The room was clean. The bed was super comfortable. the internet was fast and reliable. The water got boiling hot! The had one of the supervisors come in to check to ensure the room had been cleaned properly. The location was amazing. A 24 hr version of a Walgreens, on the same block. There was a Smartfit, across the street. The gym at the hotel would be fine for a novice. A McDonalds, a liquor store, a Mall, and a Casino all within a five to 7 minute walk.

Honestly there was nothing to dislike about this property.

The overall service was excellent. Friendly staff, great location, which is of walking distance from two mayor malls and restaurants. The security is excellent, and transportation is always available. Will be back.

The. Breakfast could be better. Need towel racks in the bathroom.

Perfect location in the heart of Poblado, fresh & modern rooms, comfy bed, great views from the terrace at lobby level (14th floor). Great value for money.

A hotel of this size could do with more than 2 elevators really. Breakfast scenes similar to a warzone, dining area not suitable for the size of the hotel, and brekky options could be greater.

Walking distance to most everything you might need. The staff was helpful and pleasant at all times. Luisa and z a Karen were exceptional.

Location is walking distance from 2 shopping malls. Friendly staff. Safe and nice area to stay, family friendly. Great Medellin view from the room.

We had twin beds, just a bit small for 2 people to sleep. Ordering food at night always took a bit long.

The security personnel were friendly and helpful. The check in process was simple and requests for things like extra towels and the room being cleaned were done very quickly.

I have a pork allergy so some of the breakfast dishes had pork in them. But the chef was accommodating and made me a vegetable omelette.
