Leblón Suites Hotel

Our stay at Leblon Suites was great, All the staff were so friendly and welcoming especially the doormen; they did all they could to be helpful and accommodating. Our suite was on the 4th floor and it was spacious, comfortable, very clean and quiet. We had all the facilities we needed and we enjoyed uninterrupted sleep in lovley comfortable beds. We did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment on that but overall I would highly recommend this hotel, it is very well looked after, great value for money for the location. The main Poblado hub is around 15-20mins walk away and the area is quite hilly so bear this in mind if you want to be closer to all the action. Taxis are so accessible and cheap that this wasn't a problem for us.

There wasn't much we did not like at all! The location is a little far for walking around but on the plus side the hotel is in a quiter area which means you can sleep really well!! This is great when you are in a busy city. Also Taxis are everywhere and really cheap so the location was not a problemat all. If you want more of a party atmosphere then maybe stay In the heart of Poblado or Laureles...Leblón Suites is close enough to the action but quiet enough to sleep in comfort...We had no complaints.

The best part of the hotel is the breakfast. The suites are spacious and have all facilities needed. Most of the reception staff is very kind and reactive. Security Officers are dedicated (maybe they should be given the task to patrol the hotel when guests are noisy). The location is excellent, at 1 km from the Poblado metro station and little to no street noise penetrates the building. The are plenty of malls, restaurants, cinemas within walking distance (500 m).

Too little aeration in the bathroom. Noisy guests, which were not asked by the staff to be quiet (4 out of the 14 nights that we stayed, guests were misbehaving with respect to noise in the corridor and on the staircase).

We arrived on the 16th of November to Leblon Suites with the most wonderful welcome by Santiago. I had some issues with my card for the booking and Santiago managed that i could make the payment upon arrival. Our stay was wonderful, breakfast was good and with different choices every day, our room was always clean and the greeters at the entrance as we would come in or go out would always greet us nicely no matter how many times, we would you go in or out of the hotel. All of the workers were amazing, from the front desk crew, the waiters at the restaurant and the housekeeping. They definitely make you feel like you're at home. Leblon Suites is nearby restaurants, banks, pharmacies, Oviedo Mall, 2 blocks walking distance to Santa Fe Mall, near to a 24 hour Farmatodo, you have a Starbucks nearby and so many other cool places around. Main thing for us was safety and it sure was and easily accessible to all where we needed to go. We will sure be back to Leblon Suites!!!

There are NO complaints, Service was excellent!

A fabulous hotel in the best part of El Poblado. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants and malls, as well as to the popular area around El Poblado Park. Views from our room were spectacular! We watched the fog lift over the hills around Medellin in the morning and the twinkling lights at night. Best of all are the staff: John and Alvaro, who alternated as concierges, Alejandra on the desk, Jaison on night duty -- we could ask them for anything and they would arrange it. The suites are large and comfortable with a kitchenette, perfect for long stays, and the breakfasts were amazing. Kudos to all!

room was very nice, spacious, and clean. all of the facilities worked well. even had a desk and office chair!

was originally only given one tiny pan for some reason. the staff were really helpful about this. seemed to be an issue caused by the hotel, not the staff. they eventually got me some bigger pans though. there’s also no kettle. kitchen appliances/equipment is pretty sparse

Need some updates

The staff was nothing short of exemplary. They were all friendly, accommodating, and professional. The best staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in! The view of Avenido Poblado was spectacular. The entire wall facing Avenido Poblado was floor to ceiling windows. It was 5 min walking distance to Oviedo Mall, 2 gyms, restaurants, etc. At the same time it was situated where there wasn't a lot of noise from the streets. The location was PERFECT!

The superior suites are beautiful and although the non-superior suites are nice, those need to be updated and modernized like the superior suites. I stayed in the non-superior suite and this is what I experienced: The bathroom was too small for me (because I am almost 2 meters tall). So if you are tall, the bathroom may be uncomfortable for you as it was for me. I also needed to hold up the toilet seat the entire time I needed to relieve myself of liquid waste because it doesn't stay up. It just kept falling down. The bed was too firm and hard. A staff member did provide me with an additional mattress pad to accommodate me and that worked great.

The staff was amazing and friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and easy to find. The free breakfast was great with a good selection, the room a great size, a bed comfortable, plenty of closet space, hot and a wonderful city view. I had to work during the day, and the wifi worked perfectly, and having the dining area as a coworking space with indoor and outdoor seating was perfect, I was also able to order lunch during the day They have a great selection and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel. Awesome breakfast. Good location. Good rooms. Good staff. Super clean. Nothing to complain.

Not a hotel specific problem, but for people with disability or walking difficulty, the location of the hotel could be hard, unless you are always coming and going out by car. If you walk, either you have to climb a lot of stairs or walk uphill to reach the hotel from the main road. Most of Medellin is hilly. This could be a problem in many other hotels too.

My cousins and I had a great stay. We arrived 3 hrs before check-in and we were able to get into our room at arrival. The staff were very kind and helpful with bringing up our luggage. We thought we needed an extra mattress which they brought to our room but we decided we didn’t need it. They had yummy cookies and fruit water at the lobby. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but it was a plus that it was included. Our check-out was smooth as well. Overall, had a great 1 night stay and would highly recommend!
