Kettle, tea facilities are needed in the room, they have enough space for it.

Very good location, close to Parque Lleras. Room was good, spacious and perfectly clean. The housekeeping staff, the bellboy and the lady who served breakfast were super-friendly and helpfull. Overall a good experience. I would stay there again.

The lady who did the check-in was quite unfriendly, which did not make a good first impression. Didn't feel very welcome at first, which spoiled the stay a bit. Also complimentary water in the room and/or a water heater and complimentary coffee/tea in the room would be nice, as its standard in most 4-star-hotels all over the world.

Location and the staff was very accommodating.

The breakfast was not good, and I didnt like having to come back to a warm room because the card must be in the slot for the power to stay on.

Very nice place to stay. Check in is easy in Spanish and English. Helpful and attentive staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. Located right in the middle of the Poblado neighborhood, very walkable. I would definitely stay there again. The Jacuzzi rooms are awesome.

Fitness room was very basic, not much for free weights, but still doable for a few days; short stay.

This place is a great value, very clean with great service, for our 6 day stay the breakfast was abit redundant (almost the same everyday) the staff is super friendly, the rooms are a good size and have all the amenities,

Only problem is the 3 pm checkIN which turned into a 3+++ pm check in, we arrived at 8 am, the front desk clerk assured us she would do everything to let us in as early as possible, 3pm and nothing, we we finally got our room & walking down the hall saw many rooms ready, I asked the maids they said there were rooms ready for hours now, comunnication problems, carelessness, or bad management in helping ro serve a custumers needs. Ended up re ting a room to rest while the ery long wait.

This was my second time coming to Medellin and this hotel has an amazing location in the heart of El Poblado and a two minute walk to Parque Lleras. The breakfast was really good and the staff were super friendly! The views from the rooftop, especially at night, were unreal!

The bed was a little firm for my preference, but that’s minor.

The hotel is in a nice location central to things in El Poblado. The room was clean. The view from the terrace is amazing. The overhead shower was a little ackward but there was plenty of hot water.

Because it is centrally located there is alot of street noise at night which makes it hard to sleep. The breakfast was.. okay, the eggs lacked a bit of flavor.

The Hotel DIX provided excellent breakfast, location, fast response to any questions, extremely helpful and professional staff, security, cleainess of rooms on a daily basis, and overall warm and friendly feeling.

The wifi was a bit spotty at times and required constant logging in and out. The tv/cable service was good but when trying to get a bluetooth connection from a cell phone to the TV, multiple other guests were connected to the same TV and I was unable to get any connection.

I payed about $30 for the night in the week. The hotel is well localated at El Poblado. For the price I believe it fill the expectations. If you are looking something fancy, may be this not the place. However, I will totally recommend it for those who are looking something good relation price/value.

They told me that that turk bath could be used, I kept waiting for personal to turn it on, after i notified, never came.

Location. Central to all attractions. All the staff really couldn't have been more helpful. Always offering a coffee if they see you hanging around waiting in the lobby. I initially stayed 4 nights before returning for 3 nights the following week. The management immediately offered to store some of my luggage until my return. Superb service. Breakfast was decent with good service. Rooms were spacious with large walk in showers.

Most of the rooms don't have outward facing windows.
