Lovely quiet spacious room on top floor with super comfy beds. Great breakfast. Convenient to nearby stores, and some restaurants. Easy access to Trans Canada highway.

The pool with the slide was crazy busy on the Saturday so any expectations of a quiet relaxing dip was out of the question. The two treadmills in the fitness room needed servicing. One track was unusable and the other machine had a minimum speed of 3.1 to start and didnt respond to inputs.

we were in room 215 The lamp in between the beds one light was broken off. the black out curtain had a tear in it. One of the curtains was actually hanging off the rail a little. I turned off the air conditioning as it was cold in the room. I would have liked somewhere in between but there wasn’t that possibility. it was on or off by unplugging it at the wall. The bathroom door lock was unpredictable and someone else had obv had a problem with it as you could see they had , had to use a coin to help someone out from the other side we mentioned the door and light to the front desk.( but didn’t want to sound picky with the rest)

Pool and breakfast.

I was totally disappointed by your booking. I booked accommodations for 12 people which included 6 adults and 6 children and you made a reservation for only 10 people. Spoiled our stay totally. I also paid $186.30 per room and if I would have booked directly with Days inn & Suites I would have only paid $117.00 per room. I am not happy with your service.

Super clean and well maintained hotel. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the a/c worked fantastic ( considering it was +28c and above while we were there this is VERY important)

The breakfasts were not very good. Eggs were just overcooked and forming hard yellow spots from sitting. The sausages ( which was the meat both times we tried) was gray and the same darker hard spots forming. Cereal only and yogurt and fruit were the best things to eat.

Rooms were very clean, bathroom was huge and amazing and hot water was great ! Bonus the hot tub and pool was a lot of fun for the family

Beds were a little sunk in making a couple have issues trying to share a bed, and cable for the tv was a little wonky (guide didn't work and tv would go out every now and then) Also the flooring for the poor is super hard on the feet! Outch

Clean, good value, good location.

Everything was great other than the breakfast hot items were only warm, I'm sure not meeting health regulations for temperature. Did have to ask for the bed to be made up; 3 days out of 6, it was not.

We found there was a lack of chairs in the pool area. After being the water it is nice to sit and chat before going back to the room. Would like to see more chairs available. Also the hot tub was hot but the jets did not work. It was really just just like sitting in a regular bathtub.

The clerk upon check in was very friendly and gave a good suggestion for where to go for dinner. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast.. well.. it filled the void I guess. Paper plates, plastic cutlery, paper cups added to the mediocrity. BUT, the dining room staff was friendly and the place was very clean and comfortable.

It was in a excellent location, near stores.

The staff was kind of short staffed and they expected us to go and take care of what we needed. like toilet paper or bedding.

Staff were pleasant and helpful, took extra step of printing document for us as business centre had no printer. Hotel, although full, was very quiet and bed was extremely comfortable - had a great sleep.

Location: conveniently by TCH, BUT no sidewalks to get to restaurants (eg Boston Pizza) on other side of highway...had to walk a ways along edge of busy side road to get to marked crosswalk. Alternatively could drive the 500-750metres to avoid the situation.
