The pool, the breakfast included in prices. The Wedneday night dinner. Bottled water provided in your room. The staff were very friendly. Coffee provided in lobby so thoughtful we were able to sit in lobby and enjoy coffee with family and friends as not everyone wanted to get up early for breakfast . It is a fantastic hotel with reasonable pricing.

The room was stuffy and had a dusty smell. I checked the filters on the air conditioner, and they were so dirty caked on dust. I was surprised the air conditioner even turned on with that much dust. I took pictures and showed the gentleman at the front desk. He didn't seem to care about it. Just said he would report it, which I hardly doubt he did. I went back to the room and washed the filters in the bathtub, and put them back in the air conditioner. Which, by the way, are so easy to remove, and housekeeping should be able to do this monthly. Within a few hours, the room didn't have that dusty smell to it. Other than the above room was good.

breakfast closed at 9 AM normally this is not a problem and we are up at 6am so appreciate the early time. however during Stampede we are down at the grounds until late and then would have liked to sleep in longer the lineup for breakfast at 8:30 am was continually out the door and the room was very crowded. perhaps during stampede you could adjust or add to the breakfast hours especially when the hotel is sold out or nearly sold out. the breakfast was good. eggs were hot and the coffee tasty. the staff worked had and had the tables wiped clean asap

For the rates normally charged, they provide good value for money.

I used the Booking.com site and ended up paying in USD.$. When I was making thr booking, I can’t remember seeing that the rate was USD. And yes the confirmation email came to me with CAD on it, but I assumed it had the amounts I saw on the Booking.com screens so did not not Ice the 30% increase. I feel your booking screen shoul clearly show the currency right from the beginning. I do feel a bit scammed.

The location is in a more industrial area but it was very safe and quiet. If you have a car, it is close to many stores and restaurants, most about 2-3 kms away. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. Hot food, fresh fruit, waffles, juice, milk, and plenty of coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was zero cleaning done since I arrived and I even called down and asked to have my sheets changed because I had eaten food and some had dropped on it and was told someone would come do it and I went out for 3 hours came back and nothing.. that is my only issue with the stay.

The breakfast hours were too short causing long lineups. Hot food was cold. Items were not replenished and many things empty by the time you go through the line. Missed breakfast on Monday because it was over at 9. Having hours from 7 to 11 would be better.

Have vending machines with snacks and drinks in them instead of condoms and medication. Or have both.

Front desk staff were amazing. The breakfast was very good. When we asked for coffee and cream, as it wasn't replaced, they wasted no time in getting it to us with more than enough.

We booked for two nights, when we got back for the second night all of our stuff was gone, a shaving and toothbrush kit, a watch and a full bottle of wine and port. We had to go to the front desk and get them to gather all of our things. It took a while, but they did find everything and apologized profusely for the mix up. Coffee and cream packages were not consistent, so had to ask for them.

The breakfast offered was the same each day but there was a good variety and amply amounts. Staff were very helpful when we asked any questions and went out of their way to find information for us.

The location was further from Calgary than we had realised. Our mistake in not researching enough. But we still enjoyed our visit.

Friendly staff, quick check in and out. Great breakfast! Clean and beds were comfortable.

This isn't a negative comment, but just remember, any property with watersides will naturally attract those with kids and groups of young people. So expect the excitement that comes along with them.

The room was a great size for the 3 of us with the bed being very comfortable to sleep in. I liked having the fridge & microwave in the room. The pool was great and not too busy whenever we went.

The breakfast ends too early on weekdays.
