friendly and helpful staff. I asked to borrow a kettle and was immediately given one. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The location by the station and at the heart of the city center is highly convenient.

the design of the “do not disturb” label is so similar on both sides that it is difficult to visually identify if the room should be cleaned or not. (successful examples use visual clues, such as icons with a person sleeping or green and red. not that I didn’t like this, just a usability improvement suggestion.

Bed was not comfy, difficult sleeping Receptionist booked taxi for Saturday evening, with return. OK on way there Taxi did not turn up as raanged for return. Fortunately another taxi from different company brought us back, together with his own passengers. I was not happy having asked the Hotel specifically to book return trip

Location, bathroom. I also like that there was a work chair and table and a mini dining with 2 chairs. Also it was clean and it was cleaned everyday. Good use of available space also.

I requested for a double bed as I was traveling with my husband and it was confirmed I will get it but I ended up with two single beds, feels weird to have our beds shifting aside when sleeping :(

Bed very comfortable. Air conditioning was a life saver in the heat. But I have to give personal thanks to Luciano (like the singer Pavarotti). When my arrival was delayed, he went out of his way for me on check in.

Only addition I would suggest would be a fridge. It's warm outside this time of year.

Everything else was fine. I'd suggest they provide slipers in the room as the bathroom floor was very cold.

The parking was a bit confusing. On the space we parked there were plates numbers (i guess they were private parking)the receptionist told us to remove the car by 9am which was OK because in the end we didn't but no one said anything.

The staff was lovely, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the food was of a good standard. The hotel was in a good location for everything. Had a lovely stay and would stay again.

Didn't like the colourful light in the room. It wouldn't turn off unless you pulled the key card out. Pillows were far to soft and thin. Thought the food on the menu was over priced for what it was. A kettle would have been better in the room, as had a coffee maker but they only left you 2 coffee's per day so had to buy coffees out alot.

Awesome place, very clean and comfortable, friendly efficient staff. The family room very spacious and quiet, excellent facilities. The great location near the train station. Thank you Ecu Hotel for this wonderful experience, we will be back!

As this is my second stay at Ecu hotel, I've to admit that the room I've got now is much better than my previous stay. Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast decent enough. Parking was coincidentally free then. Staff very polite and welcoming.

Shower: Barely some hot water with almost no pressure - not a good start in the morning.

Clean, comfy :) everything good only my expectation was two person bed-not two single beds connected together , at night they spreading . The rest was really nice, location is perfect! Even “polish shop” next to the hotel ;)

There was no microwave to use for personal use in the bedroom. The shower was extremely hot with no cooler option
