The location is excellent. The train station is a 15 minute walk. The gardens are spacious and beautiful. There was live music on Thursday and Friday evening. The room was comfortable and modern and quiet. A good bathroom with Rituals soaps and body lotion. The breakfast is generous and the coffee is excellent. Our dog was welcome to stay with us. There are four charging units for electric vehicles. The staff are young, international and enthusiastic, and the fellow guests were very friendly. The place has a good vibe.

The weather was rather warm and although the rooms are well ventilated I found the synthetic pillows and quilt uncomfortable. Having a sheet to replace to the quilt would have been welcome.

The location and area around lived up to my expectations. It is really nice if you want a quiet walk in the evening with beautiful nature. The view in front of the hotel is also pretty good, my windows were facing the back which was unfortunate but that's not an issue. The breakfast was lovely as well, there was so much to choose from and it tasted really good.

I honestly did not think the room and amenities matched the price. To be more specific, I expected at least a bathtub which was not there. The TV was just cable and had no internet so my options were limited. Also, I did not like I came with my partner and we were given a twin bed which was had to stay together. I did not expect that. I also did not find the wifi which I did not bother asking because I did not need. I am just mentioning the wifi because I think it should be easier to find.

Nice location, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice atmosphere in the lobby, bar and the restaurant. easy to reach and just 10-12 min driving from Maastricht centrum in a lovely silent green location.

This is something subjective just to mention before I start, the amazing atmosphere and experience you face when you entre the property you don't get to see it in the room that I booked. Its a really basic room that you would expect in a property of much lower segment, and small things such as the Tv is not hanging even, the light on the wall wasn't hanging even, the light next to bed was hanging with not well tightened screws. If the property also spends attention to the atmosphere of the rooms and small things like that mentioned, this place will definitely be a 10 out of 10, there is a huge missed opportunity there.

The location was exceptional. Carefully cared gardens, impressive interior and very helpful staff. The room was very spacious with great view. The reception and the bar were beautifully decorated and the prices at the bar / restaurant were very reasonable.

Our room wasnt ready at the prearranged time but they offered free drinks and breakfast to make up for the inconvience. Breakfast could be better. The quality was good but not much of a variety. It is better if you visit the area by car. Otherwise you need to walk for about 20-30 minutes from the nearest train or bus station to get to the hotel. The path is in the middle of a huge park under beautiful trees though, so it is worth the trouble.

The building is amazing , the hotel have a beautiful garden with a nice terrace. Is a really nice property,with a nice restaurant and bar. The room are clean

The food in the restaurant was a let down. We had the surprise menu but found that the items served lacked any kind of surprise and were standard italian foods that can be bought in supermarkets and made by ourselves. Certainly no surprises there and not worth the money. Given the location you would expect a kitchen working with local farmers and surprising you with local foods and specialties. Disappointing!

The park setting was very relaxing. Room was clean and comfortable, although somewhat small. Meals in restaurant were well prepared and breakfast was very good. The cat.

We made a reservation for dinner in restaurant one evening and were told when we arrived it couldn't be honored because they were too busy and we were invited to either wait or eat in the bar. We chose the bar as they wait appeared to be at least 1/2 hour.

Everything you need is on the site! Beautiful historical building, modern and cool restaurants and cafe, pretty forest and farm around the place will give you what you are looking for holiday staying in style. Super dog friendly! Literally you can go anywhere with your dog. The little forest surrounding the place is the perfect for walking. The outdoor terrace is great to enjoy sun rays with your furry friend. Beautiful garden & forest I visited in April. It was beautiful & perfect to enjoy sun rays during the day. Im willing to visit in fall again to enjoy the colors of forest.

It is pricey for the room&service. While overall experience and staff experience are good, actual room is quite basic for the price. Also breakfast buffet is basic and you have to wait in the line to get your coffee.

A beautiful venue with amazing gardens, walks and outside areas. Rooms are modern and really comfortable - everything you need. Good food. We certainly plan to return!

We could have easily have given the hotel a full 10. As an ex hotelier, my husband felt that the younger staff could have been better trained and supervised or with some visible management overviewing and encouraging the younger team.
