Auberge du Vieux Cedre

The location is very good, in a nice park right next to the castle and grand park where you can go for nice long walks.It is also right next to the town square with restaurants , cafés and shops.The Hotel itself has a lovely Libanese restaurant and big terrace on site.There is lots of parking at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and everything is super clean.You have a nice little outside seating area in front of each room.Bathroom has a good shower. Staff is very friendly.

Bed was a bit soft for my taste.

Le Vieux Cedre is an excellent hotel. It is very smart and clean and set in an attractive garden area in a quiet quarter of the pleasant little town of Enghien. The staff - mostly family, I think - are superb and so, too, is the cuisine (which is Lebanese-based). The only tricky area is the parking, which is limited, but the staff helped us and found/created some spaces for us. The hotel is so good that I have already recommended it to friends.

-Facilities in the room are great -Friendly staf -Tarverne for a drink before dinner (great cocktails & mocktails ) - Restaurant serves Libanon cuisine, which is great ( maybe not for everyone though)

Breakfast has fruits, but some of them are not that fresh ( wanted to take a banana, but refrained to do it)

Nice staff servise. Very delicious restaurant, i recomend this. Staff Speak several language. Close to big quiet Enghien park. In the middle of city center. Close to St. Niclas church. Belgium is a small country so the hotel is vlose to Oudenaarde, Geraardsbergen, Brussel, Antwepen Mona, Waterloo, Frans and Holland

Brekfast to expencive so we mostly eat breakfast other places.

The ambience in a superb location a couple of miles from the Brussels to Lille motorway. Great outside dining experience. Good size room with comfortable beds and clothes storage. Friendly staff.

Walking on the grey pebbles was challenging for my wife! Not really a dislike.

The Lebanese Restaurant was excellent which is part of hotel.

The noise from restaurant below when people where leaving late on ,including sone of the staff, chatting loudly outside for some 20 mins. The decor of room wasn’t really to our taste but it was very clean. Mattress was very soft and bouncy.

Excellent space, design, and quality of the room. Quiet location in a lovely small town, a short walk from the station with frequent trains into Brussels. We chose to stay here rather than in Brussels en route from the UK (via Eurostar) to Germany.

Trivial, but the pillows are too thick!

-Lovely terrace overlooking a beautiful garden. -attached to a very good Middle Eastern restaurant.

-The bathroom floor was too warm which heated the bedroom. I had the impression we were above a heating room, -matress was too soft, no firm support, -staff seemed rather cold, -Limited hotel parking (without getting a parking ticket).

Superb location into a green area. Staff is is always there to help organise the stay, the meals, etc. I believe that you get excellent return on the money paid. Pro tip: do not, I repeat, do not miss the deserts of the restaurant! Cannot go wrong with it!

Honestly I do not think of any negative points that affected my stay. Everything was just great!

Everyday housekeeping, drinking materials refreshed everday. Reception attitude was nice.
