Hotel Aviation

I stayed here with my younger sister and it was perfect for us whilst we were exploring Brussels. The staff were helpful, and the location was great. The bed was comfortable and even though we were only there for a couple of days, our room was freshened up and we were provided with extra toiletries and towels. Overall, a very good hotel at an excellent price. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

There wasn't anything we did not like about this hotel.

The hotel is situated 10 minutes walking from the Midi bus station and 10 minutes walk from the Grand Place. The room is with basic furniture but the bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is a central heating system and in the hotel was warm even the temperature outside was 5 degrees. The room was cleaned daily. The staff is polite and helpful. There is also a free Wi-Fi access for the guests of the hotel.

The TV remote control was not working but I did not need the TV at all. The balcony doors were locked and airing the room was a little bit harder to be done on your own but the housekeeping staff was airing the rooms daily.

Thank you so much for looking after us. It was such a lovely stay. All was amazing, especially the man from the reception who saved my phone! A lovely breakfast in a clean space. Room cosy, conftable. I will miss this hotel!. You have something special in your place, you put so much heart to ensure that you will meet this unrealistic standards from such miserable tourists. We chose you as we wanted to see if that is true that hotel with so negative comments still can exist! We even asked the staff why so many negative reviews are online because we could not believe that so many people write so negative reviews as we did not experience anything what was said in! I think some tourists totally mix standards ,the price was so reasonable and we definitely recommend you to eveyone who would like to see Brussels!Good luck with everything and keep going with such a good job! The location is quite and you have all is needed around. This hotel fit to the need for a modest business trip. You don't need a car, you could book a cab with UberX and you have sympatic pub & restaurant around. Metro Station is close, and the room are quite and clean. So this is not a palace but a efficient place to stay for a business trip.

So, this is not perfect but the staff is realy present for your safty and to serve you.

its okay for a short stay or passing buy

In my opinion its a bit too expensive as you don’t get much. Could of been more than 1 hanger in a closet when there is more than 1 person staying in the room. It was very dark and one lightbulb was also missing from a wall lamp which made even darker. I was quite lout as walls very thin. There was mo sigh in a room for “do not disturb” as clears was entering room while we was sleeping.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff helpful. Extremely convenient location being so close to the train station. There are some terrible reviews of this hotel which we think are unfair. You get what you pay for. Good price.

Our one and only gripe was in our particular room you couldn't open the window. I think it had seized shut, which made the room very warm as no air flow.

Good location with plenty of eating places, cafés and restaurants nearby and close to the Metro and Trams. Didn't try the hotel breakfast but it looked OK and was €7.50. Room was clean and spacious

WC had a fault which was reported three times but was never fixed. Problem meant that floor was flooding. Shower also leaked

"The TV and hair dryer did not work. The waitress was unclean; she sneezed into her hand and continued working without washing her hands. The woman in charge of cleaning tried to force me out of the room at 11am. She didn’t listen to me when I mentioned that the check-out time informed by the reception the previous day was 12pm. She was rude."

- the room was clean - good location - very friendly and helpful staff - very comfy beds - i don’t agree with bad opinions!

- a little issue during having shower - one of the shower rollers was broken and the water was leaking

The staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. Also, it was located in the hyper center of the Brussels city. 5 or 7mins walk to South midi station. You can also enjoy the morning market starting from the South midi station in just walkaway distance.

There is not a particular point I can remember.
