upon arrival was a 100 euro deposit which was not mentioned in emails or booking. and was only by credit card which not everyone Carrys with them so this should be made clear to your customers as we travel far to come.

Excellent location, since I needed the train station close, and center was also very close; Fitness room was excellent, breakfast was very good, room was comfortable - overall comfortable hotel. Staff on check out was very nice, helpful and quick.

Staff at the check in was not really polite; we had problems with credit cards - there is not possibility to pay through the mobile app (no wireless payment at all), not accepting all credit cards, and the employee looked at me with a contempt - didn't feel welcome nor pleasant. Also, I didn't receive the full information on check in (hardly any information) so I always needed to come back (breakfast hours, check out time) waiting in the que to get the answer. There is no el. socket on both sides of the bed, only one. Water takes time to adjust (English style with separate hot and cold water handles) - but I guess this is the matter of getting used to, so not really a minus.

Great location and nice venue....

Rude staff at reception, the girl was not friendly at all. I was very tired for plenty personal reason and she was just ..Then she took a deposit which was not mentionned in the booking. A deposit for what? The minibar was empty! Roof top closed very early.

The architecture of the building was luxurious. I simply visiting the rooftop which has an amazing view. Location is great within a walking distance from Gare Centrale and Gran Place and the old pedestrian town. The room was big enough and well decorated. The gym is well equipped and the sauna is perfect.

I paid an offer for twin beds but I kindly asked for a double bed. The receptionist accepted but finally I got only what I paid for and I’m not sure the hotel was full so they could give me what I asked for. The access to the rooftop is archaic, you need to go to the lobby to buy a ticket and the receptionist has to use a special key to get you and access to the 6th floor. Plus, the rooftop last access time is at 2200H. An indoor pull is the only missing facility but I thing there’s no space in the hotel to have one.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, very helpful multilingual staff. Very close to the Grand Place. Elegant, nicely-decorated, and very good facilities.

Being near the Grand Place, there was sometimes street noise.

The check-in in the reception takes a lot of time.. The receptionists are not friendly and welcoming. Check-in is not paperless, they still have paperwork. The room's bathroom needs some maintenance, the shower. head was leaking water everywhere.

Location was brilliant, once we found out that you didn't need to walk from Brussels midi through a rather unpleasant area, but you could get on a metro or train to Brussels Central and the hotel was just down the road, it was fine. On our return journey to Brussels midi, even found out that the train fare was included with the Eurostar ticket so no extra payment required. Comfortable bed, nice bedroom with good safe, and drawers/cupboards with hangers for dresses/jackets. There was a little fridge for our snacks. View from window not too bad - we saw the town hall in the Grand Place, it was lovely looking out at night, all lit up. Tea/coffee making facilities were good. A bit old fashioned bathroom, had to climb into the bath to have a shower, good job we were youngsters and rather fit, the bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels. Good choice at breakfast, catered for everyone, staff excelled in the dining area, they were very helpful. We even had a meal in the bar/restaurant on the last night and sat outside.

There were only 2 channels on the TV. For the price we paid, we were only allowed 2 bottles of water on arrival - we were there 5 nights, so thought this a little stingy, not so sure about drinking the tap water, but we did use it to make a cup of tea.

The room was clean. The aircon worked and made the room more comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. Bed was huge and did not have a horrible split down the middle Having a fridge was great, kept things cool, and avoided chocolates melting. Excellent location This hotel was superb

Found the pillows to be awkward sizes. One was too big, and the other was too small. The hotel is exceptionally popular, so expect a long wait at check-in. We found the food to be basic and not up to standard. Would recommend visiting local restaurants instead of the hotel. Places like the Drug Opera or the Golden Boot have extremely quick service and the meals are very nice.

Stylish classic elegant and comfortable. Superb location....very close to The Gran Place and the Gare Centrale. Let down but not permanently by the saga below.

Oh dear! Paid, at 3.00 p m to be told "No rooms ready." Consolation: voucher for drinks at the rooftop bar. ONLY discovered you couldn't access the rooftop without a ticket (10 Euros). Nowhere in the hotel puff is the admission fee mentioned. Bad what's the point of a voucher which you can't use without discovering the bureaucracy and fee needed to access the place. Badgering the supervisor lead to her giving us an admission key. Pathetic. Simply not engaging brains!

The place is very near the train station which we really did not expect and almost adjacent to the main square or the Grand Place. The staff were all very helpful. We had a problem with our A/C during the first night and the staff were prompt enough to move us to another room rather than having someone to fix it which may take longer. The rooftop is a plus point as well where we get to see the beautiful city sight.

The sauna doesnt have any available lockers and seems like really not working. Though the staff gave us a locker key but from the women’s side of the room. 😅
