Radisson Blu Royal Hotel

Hotel is nice, location is great if you want to be on a walking to distance to main touristic sights.

Food and service - stayed there for 5 nights and asked them 3 times to put water (complimentary) in the room, no luck. The housekeeping lady literally walked into the room even though i asked her to come later. She said she can't come back and decided to clean the trash bins... no bath robes in the room, no bell boy to help with lugagges. The dining menu is very poor at the restaurant.

The hotel was lovely on the inside. We were very happy with our room, it was clean and reasonably spacious. The location was excellent, a short walk to everything.

The breakfast was very disappointing. We had to pay extra if we wanted fried eggs or an omelet, which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, especially because they already charge a lot for breakfast. Also the food was tasteless and the scrambled eggs soggy. We suggest the hotel reviews its breakfast menu. We only stayed for one night but if we had stayed for longer we would have demanded the money back that we paid for the breakfast, that’s how disappointing we found it.

Location : walking distance from the Centre

There was some construction happening early in the morning until late in the afternoon. The noise was like a bad alarm clock in the morning as they were hammering the concrete floor with a drill also Could not relax during the day when I wanted to have a nap after lunch .

The hotel has an exceptional location with easy accessibility even for people with cars. Check in and check out went very smoothly. We were upgraded to an executive room with lounge access which was amazing as well.

The Air condition at the hotel is terrible! We stayed for a total of 10 nights and I dreaded my stay eventhough the hotel was amazing, all due to the really Warm room at night. The A/C was set to 14 degrees and on max fan but still didn’t properly cool the room and this occurred in all the rooms we had during our stay. Wishing it would be fixed as I’m really looking forward to stay here again.

This was a great hotel in a great location. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious and the air con worked well. The bed was comfortable with a selection of pillows and more pillows were provided when asked. Nespresso machine with pods of various strengths provided and a free bottle of water each every day. The Atrium restaurant was also very good if not a little expensive, but is to be expected in a hotel. Finally, the staff were helpful and friendly, this included the maids as well as the reception and bar staff.

The only gripe I have with the hotel is creamer instead of milk in the tea and coffee making area. I did raise this but didn’t have milk.

Great location, clean room, regular breakfast, beautiful lobby.

The Family room ( semi deluxe) is one room divided in two parts, with only one window, so it’s pretty dark and tight in second part.

This hotel is modern and very comfortable. Lovely Restaurant and Bar. Bar staff are excelent. Check in staff didnt seem friendly enough, they could make more of an effort when the customer is paying high prices to stay there. Great Breakfast and plenty of choice. The room, bed, bathroom and facilities were great. We walked everywhere from the hotel, easy access to trains, metro etc, very convenient. Bar staff, sorry don't know the name, one guy who seemed to have travelled a bit was extremely helpful and friendly and made the best coctails and mocktails. Try them.

Check in staff, not welcoming at all. Very moody.

I didn’t like that they take a deposit because I traveled so many places and hotels they never asked for deposit in advance other issue was the free water bottle I suffered to get them once they told me u get them at night and another staff told me at noon and I never got them unless I phoned and asked for them which was strange and the noise from cleaning in the morning opening and closing the doors loudly

The location is relatively quiet but still close enough to the hotspots. The room was nice and offered a king-size bed, which was nice to get into after a long day of site-seeing. I also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel on my first day there, and there are some fantastic food options literally across the street. Most of the staff were also very friendly, and the hotel's interior is attractive and accurately represents the online pictures. I would stay here again and recommend others to do the same.

You need to make the coffee using one of those DIY machines, and there needs to be more variety regarding the hot meal. I'm also not too fond of having the wait staff having a three-way conversation right next to me while I'm trying to enjoy breakfast with my wife. The rooms could also use a minor upgrade. For instance, the extractor fan, hand-shower holder, and toilet paper holder weren't functioning correctly, which is the level of detail I'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect and close to the city centre and many tourist attractions. The room size was ideal and very clean, nice design and good-quality furniture. Breakfast was delicious and included a variety of stuff.

All staff were very friendly and kind except one lady at the reception. Her attitude was mean and impolite, which made me sad and irritated me. I recommend in order to keep a good reputation for your hotel it is good to train her and give her some advice on how she should behave with the guests.
