Location excellent with plenty of restaurants & bars within walking distance, close to a metro line to get around city along with bus and tram stops. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was much better than I was expecting and a fair price (we hadn't booked it in advance). The staff very friendly and helpful!

Rooms a little smaller than others I stayed in and bathroom very compacted. They are up working on the lifts and with only two in hotel and 7 floors being down to one did leave to some long waits, stairs are ok if on lower floors or very fit but not everyone is! Charging to leave bags didn't feel right as most hotels normally do store bags free of charge!

The location is great, close to the Grand Place, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Moreover, the staff were friendly and prepared a breakfast pack on the last day because we had to leave early to catch the flight, they also booked a taxi for us. And on top of all this, the city is amazing and Ibis Brusseles City Centre is definitely worth it.

The hair dryer stopped functioning, one elevator was out of order and sometimes even the other available one. The rooms are indeed small, but this one is not really a complaint, you shouldn't stay much in your room during a city break. There were also some loud neighbors on the hall during the last night of our stay, not nice when you have to wake up at 4 AM, though this is not something that can be controlled.

Great location, easily accessible from local metro/Eurostar. Area was located beside the old town which meant it was still quiet even with all the bars in the street over. Also very convenient to walk around the other side which seemed less touristy and with lots of places to eat around the hotel. Rooms were small but clean and the AC was very welcome during the 30c weekend. Bathroom was also a little on the small side but it was more than enough to sleep and get ready for the day. Very comfortable stay overall.

Room and bathroom could be a little bigger and a socket located beside both beds would be a bonus.

Location is great. Walking distance to all major attractions, settled in the center of the city. Close proximity to metro stations and shopping district. Clean, breakfast was nice and staff very polite and accomodating. Our rooms were ready much earlier than check- in time. Good for group travelers as there is a nice hang out spot in the lobby. Luggage storage was also highlight of the property.

Rooms are quite small, especially bathroom. Some rooms offer very limited inner view. There is no elevator to the 7th floor (it runs up to 6th floor and than you need to walk the stairs to the 7th) where our rooms were and there is no help with the lugagge in this case scenario.

The breakfast buffet, even if not inexpensive, offered really good options, both on the healthy side and for those with a sweet tooth. The staff at the front desk was amazing, too. In my last evening in Brussels I had problems with my phone charger, which would have made it difficult to access the travelling documents for the day after, as everything was all in my phone and the shops were already closed, and they really went out of their way to help me. They were incredibly helpful and kind and I can't praise them enough for that.

Front desk staff were amazing and provided us with tips on what to see, which trams to get, etc. The location is unbeatable! Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grand place, tram/trains etc The lady at the breakfast area was amazing and didn't have a problem heating up soy milk for my morning coffees. I loved that the window in the room opened. We were here for a weekend to see Beyonce in concert, and it served our purpose!

Everything was OK but if you are reading this and you are big in stature, the bathrooms will annoy you. They are tiny!

I would it is a really good option if you are travelling alone as the room is quiet, the breakfast is nice and the staff is extremely helpful. Location is also great, so it is possible to reach the key sights by your own feet in 10-15 minutes.

The room was not spacious enough from my point, so it is in fact good only for a single person staying. One of two elevators was under repair works during my stay, but it did not cause any trouble for me even though it might be more important for elder person to be worried about in advance.

The breakfast buffet is quite large and nice. We enjoy that. The staff was nice. The hotel lady at the bar who served us beer and coffee was particularly friendly and pleasant to chat with.

The beds were two twin beds very close to each other, instead of one queen or king bed. But I am not complaining about this because I did not check very carefully when reserving, so that might have been specified. More seriously, it was quite easy for the mattress to slip off and fall from the frame if I leaned out: maybe the mattress was too wide for the frame? It was more or less impossible to get hurt, so this is not an extremely serious thing. Breakfast buffet: there was no margarine available (as far as I could see). The bedroom was a little small.

Location, near shops and restaurants and bars. easy to get to from the main train station. Room is a good size. Quiet

The price is way too much for what you get, especially considering breakfast is not included. Bathroom is really small..shower too. And smelly, something like public toilet smell. Asked for extra pillows, never got them. Had to ask again, told to look better on the room. They were not there...and had to ask again. Even if there are already extra pillows in the room, I am asking for more.... So... Just bring them please. No plugs near the bed, so bring extra long cables. Bedside lamps are really next to your face so you keep hitting them every time you move

The room was not huge, but it was clean and had everything we needed. For a budget hotel, the public spaces are really nice in this hotel, including a bar and an area where guests can have breakfast, as well as desks with internet access. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checking out without charge. The location is good - only 10 minutes walk from Grande Place, but also just round the corner from Place St Catherine, which is an area with a lot of restaurants and has a real buzz about it.

Nothing - very happy.
