It's trendy for Brussels, young and cool. The asian restaurant is delicious and very nice at night. The hotel and restaurant staff is very kind. Great facilities (swimming pool and great bar on the top, japanese baths in the basement, huge space for breakfast (I didn't have) and dinner.

The size of the rooms, the comfort (bathrom with shower curtain), cold decoration with concrete. No bootle of water, .. It's very simple and it's ok, but to me it's a bit overpriced for the quality of the bedroom. Of course, if the facilities are more important to you than the bedroom, it is a very nice hotel.

Great staff and overall concept of design. Good soaps and coffees etc and plenty of towels. The pool was a lovely feature and the views from the rooftop bar were great.

The child’s cot was broken on two sides and would lock on 2 out of 4 locks. There was no duvet for the child only a sheet and no pillow only a makeshift folded towel. Parking: on booking.com it states parking is available but unable to be reserved. When I arrived I was told parking was fully booked. Slightly annoying and means booking.com side needs updating by the hotel to state “parking available and needs booking, 15euro per night.

* Lovely stuff, called me a taxi twice * quick and easy check-in/out, was checked-in in less than 2 min. (24h reception!) * really liked the room (no carpet floor!), very functional furnitur for a short stay, nice black-out curtains * cool & stylish, hope I have time for the roof top bar the next time

* the room was not on the street (bonus points), but you could hear the music (esp. the beats) from the bar a bit * breakfast was nice, however the selection of ham&sausages was the typical cheap stuff that I personally avoid

The location was excellent and we were thrilled to get a family room for 6 - with a travel cot provided and an amazing bunk in a box on the wall - for £160 in such a central location. We absolutely loved the pool, which was so warm, and the funky decor. Some of the corridors and intern areas were a little tired, and the single beds were more like slim couches, but that’s really picking holes in what was an excellent stay. The staff were really helpful and we thought it was brilliant value for money.

The single beds weren’t quite full width, and there were a few areas that needed a bit of a spruce up. But really for the money it was absolutely fantastic.

Wonderful pool and nice room. Helpful service which let us check out at 15:00 for a small additional charge. The location was nice and walkable to the center or to lots of nice brunch places. We would stay again!

The night we arrived, they had rented out the rooftop to a private party. As a hotel guest who paid for the facilities, it seems backwards to be given lesser priority and not be allowed to use them. Outside our room was also very noisy with the kitchen talking out bottles and trash, the view was an exterior emergency staircase so we never had our windows open.

The staff at the reception was very welcoming and supportive. I liked the design of the room - you could feel that attention had been paid to the little details. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and quiet.

One reason why I picked the location was that there was also a bar belonging to the hotel. Unfortunately, it was not possible to order some drinks there and take them up to the room. In fact when asking for a coke I was advised by the bar staff to go down the street to buy it in some sort of supermarket which I did not manage to find. This is of course not really what you like to hear after a long business day.

The location of the hotel was convenient- there’s a tram and bus station near by. There are also a few food places and supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel. The aesthetics of the hotel was really cool and the rooms were spacious and clean. The shower was really good in the bathroom. Housekeeping was also great :) The reception was really helpful, especially at the beginning when I was having issues with my phone charger. They helped me charge my phone at the reception and directed me to the nearest place to buy a charger.

Sometimes, the water gets out of the shower and makes the bathroom wet so you just have to be careful about how you stand.

Nice hotel with persomal touch. Staff was polite and efficient. Although my room was located at 6th floor close to the roof top terrasse, it was very quiet. View from the rooftop was amazing.I would recommend the hotel for people who like the nice lively area and easiness of public transport, as well the special interior.

The room was quite small and the air circulation did not work very well.(no air conditioning). At times the air felt rather "thick". Opening the window helped but with the outside temperature (+5-7C) in November was not possible to keep it open all the time.

Jam Hotel absolutely exceeded the expectations my friends and I had. We had been considering booking a bed in a hostel but eventually opted for Jam Hotel because the price difference came to €10 a night and we were so glad we did. For such a budget hotel, we were not expecting such a lovely experience. First of all every staff member we encountered was incredibly professional and so friendly, which often as young students we don't receive. We stayed in a four person room and it was absolutely perfect for what the four of us needed. Despite not being a huge room it did not feel cramped in the slightest with four people due to the clever design. One concern we had was that the location would be inconvenient as it is not quite city centre on the map - but we were pleasantly surprised. Firstly, the hotel essentially is in the city centre as it is less than a half hour walk right to the central square. In addition to this there were lovely spots to eat and interesting attractions within a 10 minute walk of the hotel - Musée Horta, La Luck and Poz to name a few. Everything felt clean and the room was spotless and the hotel also had a very trendy design. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering going to Brussels.

We loved everything!

So cozy and charming. Ca 2km to the center. Very nice roof-top bar with tasty coctails and good service. Comfortable beds and a good-quality esspresso machine in the room. Decorated in a boho style, we thoroughly enjoyed the mood of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a small pool which was the perfect temperature for swimming. We would definitely recommend to others.

Everything was ok If rooms were little bigger and had a bigger wardrobe, it could be 10/10.
