Just fabulous

The staff were simply amazing!!! So friendly and welcoming on arrival. Alain, the concierge, was beyond helpful - no request was too much for him. Breakfasts were fantastic, so nice to eat alfresco too. The room was spacious with a lovely view, there was no noise from traffic or the outside world.

After such an exceptionally relaxing stay, there is nothing that I can think of that we didn't like. More than looking forward to returning in the future.

I didn't find the water or juices at the breakfast, luckily my partner had a better eye and did found it :) Personally I wasn't a fan of my room service dish, but my partner really liked his. Maybe for the bathroom some small remarks; more room to place your stuff (there was no closet or something) & a longer cabel of the shower cabel in the bath

The room was with 2 twin beds, its was spacious, the beds were amazing - high mattress, option to choose a pillow at the reception suitable to one's needs (there's a flyer in the room). Room was kept clean daily, all the necessary items were provided. Excellent bath hygiene products by Aqua di Parma. Brut sparkling wine at breakfast; breakfast itself was superb.

For this price - espresso machine in the room would have been appreciated. TV did not support my HDMI cable, in fact, it didn't allow to choose Input method at all. No music or English movie channels. Reception was a little bit difficult to communicate (we spoke English), also refund of the deposit wasn't possible at the check out due to system maintenance. We initially were sent to the wrong room (no twin beds).

Hospitality, staff specially Concierge, Alan, Stefanie, and Patrick, they were really nice and understanding and a good help in many things. I also appreciate the help of Fatima who works in the breakfast-room, she was very nice. The room was big and comfortable, breakfast was good too.

Something minor, that at the reception he blocked 500 euros without asking me or telling me. Then when I told him that the amount of money is much more than the rate he declared that for me

Great staff, great rooms and great bed. Very comfortable. Cann I please be at the back next time as I hate light pollution.

I stay at the hotel quite often and there are two things that I would love to see change. Firstly, the teas options in the room are not great. please provide English Breakfast tea and also a decent sized cup to drink it out of, not those small coffee cups. Secondly, the gym is far from good enough and so the hotel should either improve the in house one or get guests a better rate at the one downstairs

Beautiful five star hotel with excellent location and amenities. The hotel personnel was very nice and polite.

Some elements of the hotel are aging visibly. The bathtub was dirty with small pieces of dirt present in the water, even after rinsing the tub several times. The room service food looked like something bought from a cheap night shop. The breakfast was quite sad, nowhere near the quality expected from a five star hotel. Some food servings were finished and did not get replaced. The pool attendant came up with all kinds of rigid rules, like asking us to swim only in a specific lane.

Beautiful hotel in a very central position. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was kind but not well organized with a few exception at the reception desk and car valet.

Breakfast was good but the breakfast room was very disorganized. Managers were basically not existent and waiters inexperienced and disoriented. The cleaning was okay, but for a 5 star superior hotel definitely below standard.

I like the location and that it had a jacuzzi and sauna but you will need to pay to access the spa even when they say it is free. It needed to be clear. Also hard to access concierge by phone. I tried to message through booking, unfortunately they said there was a problem. It is a very nice hotel, don't get me wrong.

You need to ask a lot to understand how much you really had to pay at the end.

The hotel was beautiful, loby is perfectly decorated for NYE, all facilities are good. Bathroom is big and spacious. Beds are comfortable.

Cleaning service is horrible!!! For five star hotel it has to be much better. They clean rooms once per day, it's usually when they want after 3-4pm. They forgot to put new face towels two times and also put some other coffe capsules, not nesspreso original like it was first day.
